- "You met another half alien?" -
Rumbling was heard as Colossus lifted a large slab of stone off the two tanks Vanessa and Natasha were in. Negasonic reached down, opening the tanks to let them out of the confined space.
The two got up, pushing themselves out of the tanks and Vanessa stared at Colossus and Negasonic in confusion.
"Thanks." She mumbled, getting up as Natasha did the same, coughing a little from the dust around the them.
"Just take it slow." Colossus spoke up.
The two got up fully, breathing out in relief and Colossus dropped the stone back down once they were out of the way.
"Yoo-hoo!" Wade called, away from them and they turned to see both Wade and Nova waving at them frantically. "Oh, my God! That was so-"
Wade was cut off with a grunt as he and Nova were tackled by Francis, falling down many layers of bricks and fallen tarmac. Francis tried to get up but Wade punched him in the face repeatedly.
Nova grabbed one of his arms, pulling it all the way back and snapping it. Wade grabbed the arm trying to reach up to his face, pulled it back and snapped it as well. With one final punch to the face, Francis stopped struggling and Wade exhaled heavily, Nova standing next to him, chest rising and falling frantically. Francis started to laugh.
"There are no words! Me and you are headed to fix this butterface." Wade growled, pointing at his face.
"What?" Francis asked in confusion, glancing at Nova who was just glaring menacingly at him. He then chuckled. "You stupid fucking idiot. Did you really think there was a cure... for that?"
"What?" Wade questioned, tilting his head.
"You heard me." Francis nodded.
"No." Wade muttered sadly and Nova stared at him with sympathy. "No!" Wade threw his head back, breathing heavily and angrily.
Francis started to laugh and then cough and wheeze from all the damage on his body.
"So, you men to say, after all this, you can't fix me?" Wade quizzed.
"It sounds even stupider when you say it." Francis smirked.
"Like the kind of stupid who admits he can't do the one thing I'm keeping him alive for?" Wade shot back. He then pulled out Al's small gun, looking it over before pointing it at Francis' head. "Any last words?"
"What's my name?" Francis asked, lifting his head to the gun.
"Who fucking cares?" Wade snarled, pulling back the safety.
"Wade!" Colossus yelled and Wade paused, him and Nova looking towards each other. "Four or five moments."
