"Uh, 10 minutes."

1 year later

Flour coated Nova's fingertips as she kneaded the crust of her pie. Music blasted in the background, the sound of Fat Bottomed Girls drumming in her ears. Grabbing a rolling pin, she slammed the dough into a larger floured surface and started to roll it out, needing to make around three pies. Icing sugar and flour dusted her black jeans and white vest top, apron wrapped around her waist, going down to her knees.

Once the crusts were all moulded into their pans, she started to pour in the filling; cherry, apple and peach. Shoving them in the oven, she kicked the door closed and near enough danced around the kitchen to go to the fridge, pulling it open and grabbing the icing from it, bumping it closed with her hip.

Around six months after Nova and Natasha's honeymoon, the tall woman decided to buy a small building in the middle of the town they lived near. She opened a bakery, Sweet Cheeks, in the perfect spot. Kids would come and grab breakfast from her in the mornings, others buying lunch and then sometimes they'd come in after.

"Hey, Cherry." Nova grinned as she heard Natasha trying to sneak up on her.

"Ruin all the fun." Natasha grumbled as she turned around, pressing a quick kiss to her lips.

"I know. 'M such a kill joy." Nova gasped sarcastically, dragging her icing knife around the edge of the bowl before moving to the larger fridge, pulling out a big cake she had to ice for someone's birthday.

"Yeah. No fun anymore." Natasha agreed, walking around to the back of the till and grabbing a cupcake from the glass window.

"Hey! Those are for people that come in in the mornings!" Nova exclaimed, icing the cake.

"Cupcakes? In the morning? Who would eat that?" Natasha asked, crumbs around the corner of her lips.

"I wonder." Nova scoffed, handing her a tissue and Natasha thanked her quietly. "Where's Ivy?"

"School. She wanted to meet Jamie on the playground before they went in." Natasha answered, sitting on the till counter, able to easily talk to Nova who decided to leave the car for a minute to talk to Natasha.

"Which one's Jamie again?" Nova questioned, moving between her legs, placing her hands on Natasha's thighs.

"The boy with the glasses and the blonde hair." Natasha answered, taking another bite from her cupcake. "Oh, my God. This is so good! Did you put crack in these?"

"Yeah. 'S my secret ingredient." Nova joked making Natasha chuckle.

"What time you opening today?" The red head asked, folding up the empty cupcake wrapper and throwing it in the nearby bin.

"I'm open." Nova nodded. "A few kids have been for sausage rolls to take to walk to school. And then some entitled business men who don't thank anyone for anything. One nearly knocked an old woman over yesterday."
