After another uneventful weekend, Jennie had to deal with the accident that happened in Harmony Isle once again.

"Alright then, I guess everything is settled," said Jennie as she flashed a smile at the gentlemen in front of her. In less than a week, the 'manufactured' trouble they'd faced on the Harmony Isle construction site was fixed. Of course, the speed with which this was achieved had something to do with money. After all, it was very easy for Jennie to use a little bit of her profits to silence everyone who wanted to cause her company harm.

"Yes... however, I am still uncomfortable with the results of our investigations. My instincts tell me that this isn't a simple accident. This leads me to believe that whoever was targeting us might be influential enough to avoid our investigation," Mr. Rossi said before heaving a sigh. He stared at Jennie and wondered if she'd already asked her husband for help. After all, President Lisa's influence in Korea is still greater than what they currently have.

"Hmmm," Jennie murmured nonchalantly in agreement. "Whoever was responsible will surely pay. The millions that I lost... they will compensate me three times that amount," She said with a calculating little smile. Of course, Jennie's concern was still the amount of money that she'd lost. "You can go now," she concluded as she ushered Mr. Han, Mr. Rossi, and Mr. Beau out of her office.

"President," Irene immediately approached Jennie the moment the three men left. "Mr. Mu Huang is here again, and this time he is with his lawyer. He said he will file a case against us regarding the disappearance of Miss Alexandra."

"Oh?" Jennie lifted an eyebrow. "He is not giving up? Did Cecile already arrange someone to file embezzlement and fraud charges against him? How about the murder of Alessandra's parents? Where is she now, by the way?"

"Miss Mu is still in Seoul with Miss Cecile," Irene answered. "They already filed charges but Mr. Mu Huang is very influential. He has a lot of connections in Korea. I think it will be difficult for us to..." Irene did not continue. It would be very difficult for them to win this case because Mu Huang's influence runs deep.

"Then let's use the people against him," Jennie instantly answered. "The media always loves a tragic story. Once they get a hold of Alessandra, they won't stop until they get all the juicy details from her. Arrange a press conference for her. Ask her to appeal to the sympathy of the masses. I am sure that everyone will pity a poor little rich girl turned bullied orphan like her," Jennie said before she turned her attention to her phone. She sent a few text messages to her husband and rose from her seat.

"Arrange conference room one for the meeting. I would love to see what kind of lawyer this Mu Huang found for me," she smirked. "Let them wait for twenty minutes. I have to call someone first."

The sound of a glass breaking echoed inside the room, followed by someone's thunderous voice.

"OUT!" Kai yelled again as he pointed at the half-naked woman in front of him. "How dare you attempt to poison me! Out! Now!" He gritted his teeth and watched as his secretary ran out of his office.

He slumped into his seat and exhaled sharply. He closed his eyes and raked his fingers through his hair. Kai looked askance at the broken glass that was laced with aphrodisiacs before closing his eyes once again. He had been trying to get rid of his secretary since he had accidentally slept with months ago.

Unfortunately, the shameless woman would just threaten him every time he attempted to fire her. She told him that once he fires her - or if she dies - her friend will send their sex videos and some images to his wife. Obviously Kai couldn't let that happen. The past month had been a struggle for Kai as he was sandwiched between giving his wife the right amount of attention and the stress of managing his own company.
