Both Biyu and Kai froze. Nancy's slap seemed to have woken them up from their shock.

"Cousin!"

"DON'T! Don't you dare call me cousin!" Nancy said as she started slapping Biyu. In response, the latter tried to defend herself with her hands.

"Cousin! Don't! It wasn't my fault! He... he r*ped me! He r*ped me! I just..."

"You think I will believe you? You think I am f*cking dumb!? How dare you?"

"Nancy... stop! Hey... Calm down!" Kai hugged his wife from behind and tried to stop her from hitting Biyu.

"You are defending her? You are defending your mistress?"

"Hey...calm down. Let's talk... calm down."

"YOU ARE DEFENDING HER?" Nancy screamed at her husband. How could she tolerate Kai defending other women? Her hand instantly flew towards Kai's cheeks. "You assh*ole! I hate you! I hate you!"

"Cousin... don't hurt him. It was my fault. I... it was my fault." Biyu kneeled on the floor, looking remorseful. She tried to get ahold of Nancy's legs, trying to act as pitiful as she could. She was sure that this commotion had already attracted the attention of some staff outside. Biyu wanted everyone to know how crazy and uncontrolled Nancy really was in real life.

Nancy was always known for her kind demeanor. Her fans love that she was calm and always had a gentle smile on her face. While a lot of people in the industry knew that this was all a façade that Nancy created to gain everyone's affection, they did not dare call her out for it.

"Cousin... it was my fault. Please don't get angry anymore. Please..."

"You SL*T!" Nancy yelled and shifted her attention to the kneeling Biyu. She narrowed her eyes at the latter. "Lock your door!" Her words were directed to Kai. "I will show this woman what will happen to those who dare try and steal what is mine!"

"Lock it now!"

Seeing Kai not responding to her, Nancy gritted her teeth and walked towards the door to lock it herself. Biyu's eyes instantly widened. She shifted her gaze towards Kai, hoping that the latter would do something to stop his wife. Unfortunately for her, Kai just stood there frozen.

His eyes were following Nancy's every action, undisguised guilt apparent on his face.

"Kai! Are you going to let her hurt our child?" Biyu tried her best to sound as pitiful as she could. She might not be pregnant, but she could always use the 'child' as a shield to protect herself. "This is your child! Your blood!"

"Hah! You think I will not hurt you just because you claim to be pregnant?" Nancy was already in front of the kneeling Biyu, her eyes were red with rage as they roamed around the office as if she was looking for something. After a few seconds, she walked towards Kai's table and picked up one of his pens. "You dare seduce my husband?" She clutched the pen so tightly that her knuckles were turning white.

"W-What are you planning to do?" Biyu stood up, alarm apparent on her face. Will Nancy really hurt her in front of Kai? "You- Are you planning to hurt Kai's child?"

"Child? What child?" Nancy tilted her head and narrowed her eyes. "I can't see any child here." Her lips lifted into a sinister smile.

"Nancy... let's stop this. Let's go home and talk."

"Don't you dare try and protect this woman!" Nancy hissed at her husband. "If you still want to see me and your son alive then you should not stop me!"

"What do you mean?"

"Simple! It's either you chose me and our son or this sl*t!" Nancy was sure that Kai will choose her. She shifted her gaze back at Biyu, her eyes narrowed. "You think you can get away with this?"
