Cordelia saves the kings life and is asked to join the royal guard. She is excited until she meets the one and only Prince Technoblade. The two can't stand each other but when they get sent on a mission together things become different.

Cory was putting on her armour and making sure she had everything. Walking into the horse stable she saw techno saddling up his horse. She didn't speak, she just started getting her horse ready as well.
Once they were ready they got on their horses and got on the road. Techno had the map in his hand with his eyes glued to it. They didn't speak, they just walked on in silence.
Cordelia decided to speak up, "Do you know how far away the 'Red Rhino' is?" Techno looked up from the map and then back down.
"We will get to the inn at sunset which is at 8:30, and we'll leave for the 'Red Rhino' at midnight because that's the time when it is most likely to be crowded so we can blend in," he replied in a monotone voice.
"So we have about 4 and a half hours of riding ahead until we reach the inn. Once we are there we have to wait another 3 and a half hours until we will go to the 'Red Rhino'," He continued.
"Okay," Cordelia replied dryly.
The next few hours were the most boring hour of their lives. Both of them refused to talk to one and ther so they just stayed silent and 4 hours of riding in silence isn't the most entertaining thing in the world.

Finally they made it to the inn and once they checked in they went straight to their room. They opened the door, put their stuff down and they sat down on their beds.
A/N: I'm not going to do the 'there is only one bed' trope, normally I would but I'm not going to this time.
"Okay, we have about 3 hours until we have to leave so just do what you want but make sure you read to go at 11:45," techno said, getting out a book and resting his head on his pillow and starting to read.
"Yup okay," Cordelia replied, getting out one of the books she brought and reading as well. They read in silence and let the time pass.

It was currently 11:25 and Techno set down his book. "Alright It's 11:25, we have 20 minutes to get ready, I'm going to get changed," He said, grabbing his bag and going into the bathroom.
He came out 5 minutes wearing a white collared shirt and black pants,

Cordelia couldn't deny he looked good. "Alright, i'm going to do my make up and get changed," Cordelia said, grabbing her bag. She walked into the bathroom and got changed.

When Cordelia finished her makeup she looked in the mirror happy with what she looked like.

She did her long blue hair up into a messy yet neat bun with two strands of ha hanging at the side of her face. She smiles in the mirror before quickly putting on her high heels.

Cordelia unlocked the door of the bathroom and walked out. Techno looked up and when he saw her his eyes widened. She looked HOT. (sorry) ((not sorry)) "You.... look nice," He mumbled.
"Thanks, you too," She mumbled back.
"Let's go," Techno said, opening the door. Cory grabbed her small handbag and walked out and Techno locked the door behind them.
"Hey, did you bring a weapon?" Cory asked, as they walked down the street.
"Yeah, did you?" He asked back.
"Yup, make sure you hide it, I know that it's a club for gangs and stuff but they might still check you," Cory said. He nodded.
When they rounded the corner and saw the 'Red Rhino'. They looked at each other and nodded before walking up to it.
