"Where genius!" Cordelia whisper shouted. I looked around but there was nowhere to hide. Shit. The footsteps got closer and we have nowhere to hide.

*Technoblade's POV*
I looked around and panicked not knowing what to do. We could always fight them but that will create a scene and our cover will be blown! Ugh!
"Techno. Kiss me," Cordelia said.
"What." I said looking down at her.
"Kiss me," She said again.
"What? No! I'm not doing that!" I whisper shouted at her.
"Techno, if you came round a corner and saw a couple kissing would you suspect them to be trying to steal something? No. Now shut up and kiss me," Cordelia said, looking me in the eyes.
I looked around one more time before letting out a grunt. "Ugh, fine," I said, grabbing Cordelia's waist and pulling closer to me. I lent down quickly, my lips connected with her's and I closed my eyes.
(*Faints*)
I felt Cordelia bring her hands up and hold me head with her hands. I tightened my hands around her waist as our lips moved in sync.Cordelia's a good kisser- What are you thinking, get it together! I thought, snapping out of it and listening to the guards.
Their footsteps led me to believe that they were close and then they stopped. "Hey, Francis, look," a voice said.
I wrapped my hands around her and held her lower back pulling her closer to me.
"Don't worry about it Ty. In this job you'll see many couples making out in corners, you just ignore them. Come on," A voice, who I believed to be Francis said.
Guess Cordelia was right, I thought. Once I was sure the guards were gone I pulled away.
I looked away from Cordelia catching my breath slightly. I could feel how red my face was and I didn't want Cordelia to see.
*Cordelia's POV*
Techno pulled away and looked the other way. Good thing too because my face was as red as a tomato. Oh my god... what was that? I snapped out of it and looked over at Techno, "told you," is all I said.
I walked up to Travis's door and I tried the handle but it was locked. I pulled out the keys and put one of them in trying it. It didn't work so I tried the other one and that one worked.
I pushed open the door and called Techno over. I was still a little dazed by the kiss but I shook it off. Once we were both in the room I shut the door behind us and locked it.
"Cordelia, look. The safe," Techno said and I turned around to see the safe at the end of the room. I walked forward but I walked into Techno's arm and he stopped me.
"Be careful, there might be traps," He said. He then walked forward carefully and I followed suit. We made it to the safe without anything bad happening and I held up the keys.
I slotted it in the key hole and twisted it. It unlocked. Looking up at Techno he nodded and I opened the safe to see a beautiful blue tiara. "Wow," I said in a whisper.

I carefully grabbed the tiara and held it in my hand admiring it. "Come on we need to go," Techno said and I tucked the Tiara in my handbag carefully.
I stopped in front of a full length mirror looking at myself. I walked closer and saw my red lipstick smudged all around my lips my face.
*Technoblade's POV*
I opened the door but when I looked around to see Cordelia looking in the mirror. Shutting the door I walked over to her. "What are you doing!? Come on," I shouted quietly.
"You ruined my lipstick," she said, pouting in the mirror.
I rolled my eyes. "Are you kidding me? You told me to kiss you," I said, pointing at Cordelia.
"I said kiss me, not make out with me, there's a difference," she said wiping off her lipstick in the mirror.
"I- just- ugh. I had to make it look convincing," I said, crossing my arms.
"By making out with me?" She said, looking over at me, putting her hand on her hip.
"I told you, it was to keep our cover! It needed to be realistic!" I yelled. I wasn't lying but I wasn't exactly telling the full truth either.
She opened her bag and pulled out some lipstick and reapplied it. "Mhm yeah- just admit it, you can't resist this," she said, turning to me and gesturing to her body.
I let out a loud scoff and rolled my eyes, "please! You! Never." I said dead pan.
"Mmmhm, sure," she said, looking me up and down. "I don't blame you though, I'm a catch. You better have enjoyed that because it ain't happening again. " Cordelia said, walking past me winking at me.
"It was to keep our cover, trust me I didn't want to!" I yelled at her.
"That's not what your lips said!" She said walking out the door. "Oh and Techno?" She said turning around.
"What." I replied rather annoyed.
"You got a little something..." She said, gesturing around her mouth. I went over to the mirror and saw her red lipstick smudged over my lips.
I tried wiping it off with my hand but all that did was smudge it more. "Cordelia, how the hell do you get this stuff off?" I asked grunting.
She giggled and walked over to me. "You need to use a makeup wipe, silly," she said, pulling a wipe out of her handbag.
"Why do you even wear this stuff? It's so aggravating to get off," I said as she walked up closer to me.
"Don't be a baby, come here," she said, grabbing my face with her left hand. She proceeded to wipe the lipstick off my lips and when I looked down at her she had a focused look on her face. I quickly looked away.
"Okay done, there you go," she said, pulling away and smiling. I looked in the mirror and the red smudge was gone.
*Cordelia's POV*
We made our way out the room and I locked the room behind us. When we walked back out into the crowd I felt Techno's hand wrap round my waist again and I smiled slightly.
We made our way out safely and once we were out of sight of the club Techno let go of me. I looked at him excitedly, "Dude, we just completed a heist! You weren't that bad I suppose," I said walking away from him.
Techno ran up next to me and punched my arm jokingly, "Naaaa! I carried that heist, I was amazing. You were okay I guess," Techno said and I punched his arm back.
"Please! I got the keys and got us out of the guard situation! You would have completely flopped if I wasn't there!" I said, flipping my hair in his face and walking ahead.
Techno scoffed and we made our way back to the inn. Once we were in our room we both collapsed on our beds. "Ugggggh, 1 am. lets goooo.." I said tiredly.
"I'm gonna get changed and take off my makeup," I said hoping. Techno grunted in response and I went and got changed in the bathroom. Once I had gotten out of my dress I put on my pajamas and took off my makeup.
I did my teeth and then walked out of the bathroom and flopped onto my bed. "Goodnight," I said, getting under the covers and going to sleep.
"Goodnight," I heard Techno say as I shut my eyes. No matter how tired I was, I couldn't sleep. At some point while I tried to fall asleep, I heard Techno get ready for bed as well.
Lying in bed all I could think about was the kiss me and Techno shared. I know it was completely fake and was just to keep our cover but something about it felt so real.
No. Techno is a cocky bitch and there is nothing between us. I told myself over and over until I fell asleep.
