Chapter 22 - Welcome home
*Technoblade's POV*
Once the king and queen left, I once again placed my hand on Cordelia's cheek gently.
I got up from her bed and walked around her old room. The bookshelves were my favourite. I looked through them, of course none of them were that interesting seeing as the last time she was here she was 7.
What I couldn't help but notice was the fact that her room was spotless, not a speck of dust. Her parents probably kept it clean for her in memory, the same for Leanna most likely.
As I walked around I heard Cordelia start to stir so I quickly went to her side. "Woah, take it easy. You fainted," I said, helping her sit up.
"Thanks... uhh what exactly happened?" Cordelia asked.
"Well after freaking out slightly about being a dead princess you fainted," I said and she face-palmed.
"Well that's embarrassing... well I guess I'm a princess huh?"
"I guess so..." I said, looking into Cordelia's eyes. Suddenly there was a knock at the door and we both whipped our heads around.

*Third Person POV*
Techno then got up to answer the door.
"Your majesty, sorry for disturbing you, but the king and queen forgot to say they would like you to tell them when Cordelia wakes up. There in the throne room, they said you would know where that was," a guard said. (A different one from before)
"Oh yup okay will do," Techno said, shutting the door and looking at Cordelia who was sitting on her bed flustered.
"We should go...." Cordelia said, getting up and Techno opened the door. They both walked out of Cordelia's room and walked down the hallway in rather awkward silence.
When they walked into the throne room the king and queen stood up abruptly, staring at Cordelia. They didn't say anything, they just walked towards Cordelia.
Ana put her hand on Cordelia's cheek gently with a smile on her face. A tear fell down Cordelia's face as she smiled at Ana and Aldrich. "Welcome home sweetie," They both said.
