Chapter 4
Hazel Pov
For a while I was looking but I finally found Frank by the Ares cabin; he was talking to some of his siblings. "Hey Hazel I've been looking for you." Frank remarked when he saw me.
"Oh really, just your luck 'cause I've been looking for you," I replied with a smile. He motioned for me to follow him and I did, he ended up leading me to the edge of the sea. We walked to the singular dock and sat down on its sun soaked boards.
"Look Hazel, we've been going out for a while," I automatically thought hey this might be good! Oh boy was I wrong. "It hasn't gotten very far either; I thought we might take a break." He shyly looked up at me seeming as if he didn't want to hurt me like the teddy bear he was but also wanted to get the point across.
"Are you breaking up with me?" I asked timidly. Then I realized it, "its Lexi isn't it?" his face dropped to the still water he confirmed my fears. "I knew it! It is! You know what whatever you two have fun. Just consider me gone." I just about screamed at him, I got up and left. I went to my cabin. Nico wasn't there he must be with Will I thought. At least they might have a chance.
