"FUCK!!!!!"
"Ahhhhhh!!!! Ahh!! Ahhh!!! IZUKU!!!!"
Tomura yells in pain.
"Where the fuck is that rapist?!!!" She yells breathing heavily.
"Don't worry, Tenko. He'll be here, I hope." Said Ayame trying to calm her sister-in-law down.
You see, these past months it has been tough for Tenko. Morning sickness, kicks, always hungry, and mood swings. Now it's the time where she's finally going to see her baby.
"Ahh!! I. Need. Him!!!!!"
"IZZUUKKUU!!!!!"
"I'm here! I'm here!" Izuku burst into the delivery room.
"I swear to fucking god, I'll kill you!!" She swears.
"Yup, sure thing. Don't worry. I'll be expecting that." He nervously laughed.
"Mrs. Midoriya, I want you to take a deep breath and push." Said the doctor keeping herself calm.
Tenko tightly gripped her husband's hand and pushes screaming in pain.
*several minutes later*
"Congratulations, Mrs. Midoriya, you are blessed with twin healthy baby girls." The doctor congratulated them as the couples held their newborns.
Tenko held the oldest while Izuku held the youngest. "What are you going to name them, hm?" The nurse asked holding out a clipboard.
"This one will be Shaira and the youngest will be Shira. The Midoriya twins." Tenko pointed.
"Such wonderful names, ma'am. Very well, I'll be writing that down." The nurse wrote it down and left to give the couple some piece time to one another with their babies.
"They're so beautiful, just like their mother." Izuku comment kissing his wife's forehead.
She smiles and leaned over to her husband once he sat down. Thanking him, as they both fell asleep with their daughters.
5 years later, Tenko gave birth to another child but this one it's a boy and they named him Kaito.
