CHAPTER 12: What a Relief

I truly had tried making an honest effort in restraining myself from taking her like I just did but I couldn't help or resist her anymore. Besides, we have already been doing it together after our third date. Though this is our first time doing it while she was working.

We weren't laying down for no more than a couple minutes after making love, before we scrambled to grab our clothes and hurry into my room as soon as we heard the sound that the keycard makes to unlock the suite.

Once in my room, we both started to laugh while fixing ourselves to look presentable right when I heard Trevon call out for me.

"I'll be right out!" I call out to him.

"What do I do? He can't see me and I have to finish my shift." Nina whispers at me.

"Don't worry, I'll take him out to eat. Give me five minutes." I quietly tell her.

"Okay." She smiles.

I give her a quick kiss and ran my fingers through my hair again before opening the bedroom door and closing it behind me.

"Hey. I thought you were at a meeting?" I asked him.

"Yeah, it finished early." He says while looking at me in a suspicious way.

"Well how about we go out and grab some food?" I randomly suggest.

"Okay. But I wanted to ask the maid something real fast about getting some extra towels. Is she upstairs?" He asks.

"Of course not. There's no maid here." I try to reply convincingly.

"Then why is her cart outside and I see some cleaning supplies on the counter at the bar behind you?" He asks while suddenly begins having a look as if he has figured things out.

"Shit." I muttered to myself.

"Holy fuck bro, are you sleeping with a maid?" He asks with a huge smile.

"Damnit. Look, we don't want anyone to know." I confess.

"I won't say anything but, for how long? And more importantly, have I seen her?" He asks.

"Yeah. And for the past almost two weeks." I tell him.

"Wait a minute, I think I already know who it is. It's that girl....Nina. Right?" He asks.

"Yeah. The girl I was talking about since we came here that I was trying to avoid for a while before."

"Daaaamn...." He says.

The door then opens up and out comes Nina who stops as soon as she notices we are still here and looks surprised.

"Oh my god." She says.

"It's okay, he already figured it out." I assure her.

She looks a little confused and then walks up beside me as I put my arm around her.

"How did he figure it out?" She asks.

"He's been talking about you since we got here." Trevon blurts out.

"What the hell, bro?!?" I snapped at him.

"What?! It doesn't matter now." He replies.

I then hear Nina chuckle a little bit.

"Aww, how sweet, you were thinking about me." She starts to tease.

"Yeah yeah." I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Don't worry though, nobody will ever find out." He mentions while winking at her.

"Thanks." She smiles in reply.

"Oh, but, I was wondering, are you and Mercedes best friends?"

"Yeah. We live together, her, me and Lance." She tells him.

"Do you think by any chance she's be interested in ever grabbing a drink sometime?" He asks her.

"Uh, maybe." She answers.

"How would that work?! They don't even know about us." I tell him.

"Really?" He asks surprised. In which I can't blame him.

"Not yet but, I guess they will find out sooner or later and they too CAN keep a secret." She says.

"Great! Well why don't we all go out for dinner tonight and hang out." He suggested.

"Sure. I can ask. I don't think they have any plans." She tells him.

"Awesome! Then how about we meet out front at around seven?" He suggests.

"Okay." She smiles. "Well, I should get going. See you guys then." She says and turns to give me a kiss then walks towards the door after grabbing her meaning supplies on the bar counter.

"It was nice meeting you Trevon." She tells him.

"You as well." He smiles back before she leaves.

"Now isn't that adorable?" He asks jokingly.

"Shut the hell up." I replied sarcastically.

"Well, this will work out for me too. I've had my eyes set on Mercedes since day one and this will be easier. Not that I need any help or anything." He jokes.

"Oh my god. Just do me a favor and don't embarrass me." I tell him.

"I can't promise anything. But, I need to get ready and take a shower as do you. You don't want to go smelling like sex and everything. Oh, which reminds me, you are making sure that sofa and anywhere else you two did it at is cleaned." He teases.

Oh my god, how old is he?!?

Tonight I guess will be good. After all, I have to say that I am glad he knows now about Nina and I as I am sure that Nina is and will be after tonight in telling her friends.

Just as long as this doesn't get out in papers or any place that could make it get back to my uncle. Although it would be hard. Then again, he IS in a different country and will be gone for a while so, I should be good. Just have to lay low or something.
