Secretly Loved Chapter Twenty Two

[Zayden] (YAY! Zayden finally gets a chance to talk!)

I was in the car waiting on Ayden to come back out.

I leaned over the steering wheel, seeing her at the register.

I saw something in her hand I thought I would never see....

My eyes bulged out of my head.

I couldnt think straight, My breathing became rugged.

But thats when I broke out into a smile.

I couldnt belive this was actually going to happen. I mean if anyone ever did happen to find out, we wouldnt be innthat much trouble bexause Ayden was of age before we even started anything.

But then again, I was willing to risk everything for her.

"Hey." She said coming back out, sliding into my car.

"Hey." I had to stop the smile that was about to break out onto my face.

I drove off, making my way back to our apartments

"So what took you so long?" I asked, seeing if she would tell me anything.

She shuffled her feet, looking up to meet my eyes.

" I had to get somethings." She laughed, finally bringing a smile to her face.

At least she was smiling.

"Okay." I smiled, kissing her.

"Uh, Zayden, I have to go i'll come back later okay?"She said when she pulled away.

I nodded, maybe she just needed space

She kissed my cheek before walking out the door.

I sighed, not wanting her to leave.

I pulled my hands through my hair, I wondered when she was going to telll me?
