I sat on Talia's bed waiting for her to come back. Searching for my phone, I realised that I left it somewhere downstairs. I rolled my eyes, since now I have to go back out to get it.
Just as I went to open the door, Talia walked in.
"Looking for this?" She held up my phone and threw it to me.
"Thanks, you just saved me from having to go downstairs" I replied
"I told the DJ to announce that people need to start leaving, so it should be quiet within the next hour" she said as she went to lay down.
"Okay good, I'm so tired" I said as I fell down onto her bed.
We just laid there in silence, well except for the music, for a couple minutes before Talia spoke.
"Why were you so worried about me earlier?" She asked me. "Is it cause of what Connor done to you?"
"Yes"
"I don't want anything bad to happen to you, so I got really worried, cause you seemed super drunk and anyone could have taken advantage of that, and I just didn't want that to happen to you, I know what it feels like and I just really don't want anyone to experience it, especially not you, I wouldn't forgive mys-"
"Stop"
"-elf if anything happen to you while I was here, I should stay with you next ti-" it felt like I was hyperventilating.
"Lilith"
"Hey Lilith look at me"
I looked at her with tears threatening to spill
"Lilith I'm okay" she held my hand "see I'm right here, I'm okay nothing bad happen to me"
I couldn't keep it in anymore.
I started sobbing. Memories started flooding in. Talia just held me close and let me cry it out.

Talia threw me a surprise birthday party at her house. You know how her parties are, always over top and packed with people.
