Loriatte once again woke up with the feeling of being completely flattened as if a truck had run over her three times in a row, and to add to that, she felt unbearably suffocated for some reason.

Blinking her blurry eyes open, she looked around and could just about make out that she was in her room.

She then dipped her head under the blanket, only to see that she had slept with jeans and socks on, no wonder she was feeling suffocated.

What the hell??

She groaned in annoyance at herself and at whoever let that happen.

Zayden head-ass.

With a scoff, she rolled over to the other side of the bed and picked up her phone from the nightstand after putting on her glasses, and after struggling with the glitching phone, she finally managed to instruct the voice assistant to dial a number she recently got a hold of.

"Zayduuuun!!!" Loriatte groaned into the speaker after he picked up, feeling too weak to get up and do anything or go look for him, "Zayduuuunnn I'm in pain!!!"

"How did you get my number?" Zayden asked right as Loriatte heard loud banging from downstairs.

"Why are you so loud in the morning, damn," she groaned, massaging her temples after she put her phone on loudspeaker and set it on her lap.

"First of all, it's two in the afternoon," Zayden replied as more noise was heard, "and second, this is me punishing you."

"I can't even explain how much I don't care, just bring me some painkillers and food, please," she said, trying not to groan at the pain she was feeling everywhere, all at once.

What did she and Kris do last night that got her feeling like this? She swore that she only had wine...wait didn't she have like three cups of some mysterious liquid from Kris' secret stash?

"Okay madam, I, your humble servant will be right over with your requests," Zayden said with sarcasm evident in his tone, and Loriatte could even feel the eye roll through the phone.

"Zayden pleeeaaaassse, I literally can't get up, I need you," she whimpered with a pout.

There was a sound of something dropping, "shit!" A short pause later and Zayden cleared his throat, "fine, just give me a minute."

"Thank you!" She grinned before hanging up and falling back in bed with a heavy sigh.

Yeah, she should've probably gotten up and out of those clothes and taken a nice bath if she wanted to feel better, but she did not have the energy or strength for it, she simply just wanted to rot in bed for the rest of the day.

Shortly after, Zayden appeared in her room bearing a tray of what looked like the most delicious food to Loriatte in the state that she was in: two slices of toasted bagels topped with a creamy avocado paste and sweet banana slices, along with a steaming mug of aromatic tea.

"It's ginger lemon tea," Zayden informed her noticing the way she was eyeing the mug as he brought the tray down to her.

"Yuck, I wanted coffee," she cringed at the weirdly coloured tea.

"Well this is what will help with your hangover so, tough luck princess," Zayden patted her head before standing straight up.

"Don't pet me," she scowled at him.

He narrowed his eyes at her, "don't scowl at me, you're in trouble," he told her.

"What? Can't I enjoy a drink with my friend like a grown-up?" she quipped. She put the slices of banana on the avocado toast, and took a satisfying bite and let out a small moan, then scanned the tray, taking notice of two white pills that slowly rolled to the edge of the tray due to the unsteady balance of the tray on her lap. "Bruh..."
