PLAYING MOONLIGHT SONATA

I came to a halt because of a sound that seemed to pull me somewhere. I followed the sound, and it led me to the hall, in which I barely pulled back the curtain to see who made the sound and where it came from. There, I saw Prince Augustus playing the piano. I didn't realize he could also play the piano. His face matched his sad demeanor as he played. Why is it so difficult for me to read your mind? I'm curious why you're being like this, why your life appears to be sad even though you have everything.

"How come you're here?" Prince Augustus abruptly stopped playing. "GET OUT!"

"I-I..."

The prince gets up. "How many times do I have to tell you to stop bothering me?" He grabbed my shirt and yanked me away. "Do you think I'll be nice to you simply because of what you did yesterday?"

"I just want to l-listen to..."

"CYNFAEL!" he stopped. "What do you think you're doing? LET HER GO!" Prince Emmanuel walked towards us. "You're now inflicting harm on a woman."

"She's not a girl; she's a thing!" Prince Augustus walked away after saying that.

"A-a thing?" Prince Emmanuel let out a disappointed sigh. "She isn't a thing; she's a human, you piece of shit!"

"I apologize, Prince Emmanuel." I lowered my head.

"Please don't curtsy every time you see me; I'm not used to it." Prince Emmanuel drew his hand away from my neck and raised my head. "Does he do this to you all the time?"

"No, Prince Emmanuel," I replied instantly. "It's all my fault. He has every right to be upset with me. Although it is his privacy, I unexpectedly appeared. "

"He has no legal right to do anything to you." He let out a long sigh. "That man's obstinacy is completely out of hand." Prince Emmanuel took my hand in his. "Come on!"

"Wait for a second, Prince!" He dragged me somewhere. "Where are we going, Prince Emmanuel? They have forbidden me from leaving the palace. Perhaps Prince Augustus or King Lucien needs me."

"We will not leave the palace. Would they still search for you with all those servants?" he said. We went up to the third floor until the prince stopped in front of the theater.

"Relax now, have fun, get all the stress out of your body," Prince Emmanuel said as he took me into the theater. "Would you like to watch a movie? You can watch anything here, including new releases. I'm sure you're as bored as I am," he said.

"Anything just to get rid of stress." I let out a soft chuckle.

We sat at the far end of the chair for a more precise and unobtrusive view. Prince Emmanuel chose the movie. Before the film was played on the big screen, Prince Emmanuel ordered one maid to bring food so that we could enjoy the movie more. We laughed out loud throughout the show until the end.

"T-the man is completely hilarious; I can't stop laughing." Prince Emmanuel said he couldn't even speak properly.

But the truth is that I only watch Prince Emmanuel, not the movie. It's amusing to see how he reacts. "Pardon me if I'm being rude, but your face is even funnier than the movie." I burst out laughing. He abruptly fell silent and gave me a disapproving look. "I-I apologize." I laughed silently.

He messed up my hair. "I'm just playing with you," he laughed a bit. "It's a good thing you laughed in my face and not in the movie. Ugh! Do you know I make this face on purpose in order for you to laugh? How many times have I seen that film? Hmm... I think ten times. I don't know; it's one of the corniest things I've ever seen. I act amused to make you happy." He explained, trying to convince me he didn't laugh in the whole movie.
