It's been two days since Raeanna departed, but before she did, I still tried to persuade the prince to stop Raeanna from going.

"Are you going to sit there and watch Raeanna leave? Why don't you fight for her?"

"Shut the hell up!"

"Go after her. You are the prince. You can even bring the plane to a halt. We're both aware that you want her. You still have feelings for Raeanna."

"SHUT UP! I don't care if she leaves; Raeanna abandoned me to suffer alone."

"No, she didn't! Sorry if I was rude, but Raeanna did not abandon you. Raeanna only needs to decide on his family first."

"It's the same thing." He grasped my arm and squeezed it. "Don't give me shit you don't know about." The prince let go of my hand right away. "Get out of here now."

Here I am again, seated, waiting for the prince to come out from his private room. I was alone and unaccompanied. I haven't been able to speak with anyone after Lincoln got suspended. Well, Emmet is here, but he can't talk nicely. I can't even go to the music studio. I inhaled deeply. "School is dull without Lincoln!" I said to myself.

"Really?"

Lincoln appeared in front of me out of nowhere. "Lincoln? What are you doing here? Aren't you suspended?"

"I was only suspended, not expelled. I can return here whenever I want," Lincoln explained.

"But, if Mr. Eduardo sees you, your suspension might be extended."

"Hey!" Lincoln messed up my hair. "Stop worrying about me. I'll be able to catch up with the class even if they extend my suspension a few more times."

"Are you crazy?" I said with a furrowed eyebrow.

He grinned. "By the way, how is your hand?"

I sighed in disappointment. "Few more weeks before my hand recovers, few more weeks before I can play the violin."

"That's good news."

"Hold on a second. What? What's so good about it?"

"You can join me today. Have you had your lunch?"

"You know I can't leave the prince alone, Lincoln, especially after what happened last week."

"Don't worry; I've got someone to keep an eye on him."

"HEY! LINCOLN, YOU!" Emmet appears all of a sudden.

"He's right here." Lincoln pointed directly at Emmet.

Emmet exclaimed in frustration. "I can't believe I'd do something like this for you," he paused. "You owe me!"

"All right, fine. I owe you one." Lincoln repeats himself. "Please don't leave until we return."

"Why do I have to keep an eye on the princess? He's old enough to watch." Emmet whined.

"He's the heir to the throne, Emmet," I replied.

"Just do what I say, Emmet," Lincoln added.

"All right," Emmet said after a brief pause. "By the way, Gemma, I've got something for you." He tossed something at me, but Lincoln caught it. "That one is for your hand. This will hasten the healing of your wound."

Lincoln passed the cream to me. "Thank you, Emmet."

"Well, Hunter..."

"Thank you again, Emmet. I appreciate it." Emmet couldn't continue what he was about to say since Lincoln had already yanked me away. "Where are we going, Lincoln?"
