Early the next morning, Tiffany briefed Irene on what she discovered about Lee Ji-eun. Irene did not know how to react because she had never encountered any issues with Lee Ji-eun in the past. Furthermore, their star planning routes were completely free of conflicts from one another. Therefore, Irene could not comprehend why Lee Ji-eun would hate her so much.

"According to Director Jung, there was an incident that had occurred between Lee Ji-eun and yourself, but you might not be aware of it. She thinks that you were the one who snatched the role of the third female lead from her. She was the other artist from Ace Media who had auditioned with Director Han Joo Won," Tiffany informed Irene over the phone.

"I see," Irene replied as she sighed. "So, what does Director Jung intend to do about this matter?"

"Come over to the company so we can discuss this matter."

"Since she has a reason to hate me, then I will not bother going anymore. I will leave it up to Director Jung to deal with it however he deems fit. The filming will begin soon, and I want to go over to Grandpa Tan's house to learn more about Korean medicine from him. I do not want to waste any time on any unnecessary person who does not matter," Irene responded immediately.

"You...don't you hate her?"

"Why should I hate her? She is not qualified enough to be hated by me. I do not even know how she looks like. Furthermore, I believe that Director Jung will know best on how to deal with this matter."

Irene did not want to waste any of her time on that kind of garbage.

"Alright then. I will discuss this matter with Director Jung later," Tiffany assured Irene.

In a big company such as Ace Media, whenever there was a conflict between two artists, the company would usually measure the pros and cons before they took any actions. Generally, if the artists had a similar background, the company would then step up and ensure that the artists could work things out between one another. If the difference in their background is relatively different, then the big fish will trump over the small shrimp—the artist with no notable background and power would unfortunately be cast aside.

Tiffany wanted to know whether Irene was a big fish...or a small shrimp.

Therefore, when she arrived at the company, she knocked on Hae-in's office door before entering. "Irene said that she would not be coming today. She has asked you to decide on the course of action on her behalf."

"Alright then. Come with me." Hae-in stood up immediately as he brought Tiffany with him as they headed towards Lee Ji-eun's dressing room.

"Hello, Director Jung. What brings you here today? Why have you come to look for me personally?" Lee Ji-eun asked as she looked at Hae-in's reflection in her dressing mirror.

"I have already transferred the role that you got a few days ago over to another artist. You can take a break. You do not need to report for work for the next three months," Hae-in said coldly as he stared directly at Lee Ji-eun.

"Why?"

"You know very well what you have done. I do not see the need for me to list everything out right now."

"Director Jung, have you forgotten that I have a strong backer supporting me?" Lee Ji-eun yelled as she stood up and faced Hae-in.

"Then, I also want you to know that Irene is someone that Chairman Lee is protecting personally. You are lucky that the crisis has been successfully resolved this time. If Irene had gotten into trouble because of you, you would not merely be asked to stop work for three months, but you would be blacklisted in the whole entertainment industry," Hae-in replied in a loud, fierce, and cold manner.
