So fucking innocent.

Elodie more or less sprinted out of my office after our encounter in my office. She said what had happened was a mistake, but deep down I knew she liked it. She said my name, just like I'd told her to. She obeyed me. Fuck, I love when they do that.

I could tell she was nervous, and her reactions told me she'd never been touched like that before. Or at all in any way, ever. I'm surprised she was bold enough to tell me to keep going. She was blushing as she scurried out of my office though I'm sure she didn't notice. Not too long after she left, the guards who took Vera, Samantha and Elena out arrived back and they were heading to their room. Oh, how I hope they ask Elodie about the marks I'd left on her neck so she gets all embarrassed and flustered at the thought of how she got them. Alongside that, she'd probably get a lecture from her friends about getting involved with me in any type of way.

I let that drift out of my mind as I take out my phone and text Damiano, asking how the information extraction from the Italians is going, but all he replied with was that it wasn't going well. Not the kind of information I wanted to hear, but there are good and bad days I guess. There's just been a whole lot of fucking bad days lately.

Those bastards have gotten extra smart about keeping their shit secured, it's getting fucking frustrating. It used to be fairly easy, and I'd get a rush from breaking through the firewalls and getting any piece of information from them, but they've put up a fucking challenge this time. And I'm not one to turn down a challenge like this one, but I'm not far from losing my shit and chasing after Luciano by myself.

When I get my hands on him, oh, I am going to torture the fucking shit out of him for what he's done to me and my mafia. I dream of letting him die slowly, all because of me. He's going to rot in hell for the people he's hurt.

It was morning again, and I was up pretty quick, however, I didn't get out of bed yet. Breakfast starts soon, but it's always the same, all my men talk amongst each other about topics I don't deem respectful at the table. None of them ever talk to me unless they're spoken to first, and that's how I like to keep it. They're only here for work purposes, nothing else. My women usually come to eat later, knowing it'll be more peaceful, and I might just do the same this morning to avoid all the talk.

As an alternative, I could always get breakfast brought to my room or my office. I could always have Elodie bring it up to my bedroom. That thought does sound pleasing. She can't refuse the order, and I live for the look on her face once she remembers what I did to her yesterday.

I take my phone out, calling Minnie. I know she'll be up by now, busy with preparing breakfast and getting all the girls ready to serve dishes, considering they've been up for some time now preparing the first meal of the day. She answers after the first couple of rings with a cheerful tone.

"Hello, Miss DeLaine! How may I help, do you need anything? Breakfast up to your room today?" She asks me, her voice all bubbly. I don't often ask for breakfast to be brought to my room, only on the odd occasion. When I call this early, she knows the reason.
