"You still kissed me, you said that if I wear this shirt you will not kiss me," he said after I let go of the kiss.
"Why? You don't like it?" I asked and look away.
"It's not like that, your dad might see us and he might think differently then he will punch me in the face just like in movies," he said sounded so nervous again.
"That is how I say thank you for giving me the necklace," I lied.

It was just a lie perhaps since I must admit that he almost put me in a situation that I don't want to be into. I don't want to feel that fluttering moment because of what he did earlier.

"Okay, did you like this?" he asked showing the necklace.
"Yes, I do." I smiled at him before accepting the necklace.
This is a very simple gift yet he work hard to crave my name here. I would say that I appreciate it. I appreciate na isipin na meron pa palang lalaking magbibigayng ganito sa isang babaeng gaya ko.
My dad came here with a lot of food together with his helpers and I called my friends to come here for dinner.
"CJ, is it okay for you to spend your night here with us?" dad asked him while we're on our dinner here at the big table of the cottage.
"Yes, Tito. I asked my mom's permission," CJ said while peeling the shrimp.
"Good, then let's have a billiard match," kinukulit na naman niya si CJ.
"Yes, I'd love that," he sounds excited.

Talagang magkasundo sila ni Daddy kasi naman hindi sila magkasundo ni Kuya at ni Gideon and also because CJ is so kind. Even though we've just met for days but I can tell that he's kind and he's so transparent with his emotions. Kahit nga anong landi ko sa kanya, he still treat me with respect.
I won't deny that kind of character he has. He's not trying hard, he's just being himself.
They we're having fun talking to each other about billiards. Hindi rin kasi nakakapaganyan ng kwento si Daddy kay Kuya o kay Gideon kasi hindi naman sila mahilig sa billiard. They like basketball at si Gideon naman ay baseball. Ako lang 'yung mahilig sa billiards.
"Yes, I watch the match on TV. My mom even get mad at me because I woke up late because of that," CJ said and my dad burst into laughter.
"Same! When my mom when I was still young!" see? They're now laughing to each other's experience at tuloy parin ang kwentuhan nila ni Daddy at kung saan saan na napunta ang usapan nila until...
"Nga pala, paano pala kayo nagkakila ng anak ko?"
Muntikan na mabilaukan si CJ dahil sa tanong ni Daddy and I gave him the water for him to calm down. Bigla siyang namula which made me wanted to laugh at him. Dad was confused looking at him habang umiinom ng maraming tubig.
"Are you okay?" dad asked out of concern.
"I'm f-fine," uminom ulit ng tubig si CJ.
"Veronica, I understand you now," Bianca tapped my shoulders and chuckled.
Tss. Ngayon niya lang ako naintindihan why out of all guys ay si CJ 'yung napagtripan ko.
"It's m-my birthday that night and I asked her with the directions, that's it the rest was history," he sounds so nervous when he lies.
