"Dad, what are you doing here?"

Nagulat ako nang makita ko dito si Daddy pagkagising ko at pagbukas ko ng pinto ay andito na si Daddy at 'yong mga kaibigan ko. CJ was not here pagising ko kaya huli pero 'di kulong. I just don't want him to think that there's something going on between CJ and I.

Kasi wala naman talaga.

We're not friends and we're not lovers either.

Just normal people who constantly communicate with each other.

"I asked CJ where you are at hindi ka ma contact, kagabi ka pa namin hinahanap!"

So, CJ told him about my whereabouts. I'm not mad at him, of course. He just answered a question from my dad and there's nothing wrong with that.

"Dad pwede ba, 'wag mo akong sermonan, please! Ayoko pang bumalik sa resort. Mag aaway lang kami ni Kuya, alam mo naman na hindi kami pwedeng mag stay isang lugar," I explained to him for him to understand na ayoko pang bumalik talaga.

"Anak, pinauwi ko na sila kasama Mommy mo, si Gideon lang pinaiwan ko kaya halikana. Umuwi na tayo ng Siargao,"

"Wait, bakit mo sila pinauwi? For sure gagawin na naman 'yong rason ni Kuya na kinakampihan mo ko," pagrarason ko at bumuntong hininga lang siya.

"Wala akong pakialam sa opinion niya, wala akong anak na bastos at walang modo kaya halikana," he hold my wrist grabbing me lightly and my friends was just waiting.

"Wait, where's CJ?" I asked and dad looked at me intently.

"Nauna na siyang bumalik ng Siargao kasi emergency, pumunta daw 'yong daddy niya bigla kaya ayon hindi na nakapag paalam sa'yo kaya sa'kin nalang. Halikana, babalik na tayong Siargao,"

Hindi na ako nag reklamo pa na umalis na kami sa resort na 'yon kasama si Daddy at mga kaibigan ko. Wait, CJ's dad came here? What for? Tapos na 'yong birthday ni CJ. Ano pang purpose nang pagpunta niya? But I can't judge them kasi magkaiba naman kami ng buhay.

We went back to the island peacefully kasi nga wala na pala 'yong dalawang ayaw kong makita. Only Gideon was here who holding a fuji film now.

"Saan kaba kasi kagabi?" he asked seriously when I just stepped here into the resort.

"I'm with a guy, why?" I asked him back at umirap lang siya.

"Hindi ka parin nagbabago, kawawa naman 'yong lalaki tsk,"

"Tss, why don't you just find a girl, no girl in Australia? Are you shitting me?" I asked casually at kumunot ang noo niya.

"Excuse me, hindi babae gusto ko, alam mo 'yan," umirap ulit siya bago umalis na.

Hindi kami masyadong close but I know what his preferences are. He's still having an identity crisis but he's certain that he doesn't like girls. That's what he said. So, it means that he's gay but not yet open. He doesn't like going out, he just wanted to stay alone in his room and play games all day.

He's a gamer too that's why he has no time to mingle with those people who have preference as his. Kaya close siya kay Mommy kasi si Mommy 'yong pinapractisan niya sa lahat.

Okay, enough of that.

I was about to step into my hotel room tapos 'yong mga kaibigan ko nakaabang na sa loob. How the hell did they get in? did my dad give them the key? Gosh!

I thought they're going to be mad at me because I wasn't able to fulfill my promise to have fun and drink with them yesterday but they just interestingly looking at me.
