This is awkward. Damn awkward.

I haven't seen him for the past five years and now, here is he. Standing in a distance from me and I couldn't find anything to say right now. What else will I say? Hello? Hi? Good Evening? How are you?

That would be so damn awkward.

Also, he's not wearing that watch I gave to him. He's not wearing any watch at all.

I have a lot of questions in my mind. Why is he here? is this their new hospital here in Cavite just in another name? I have tons of questions in my head right now but I can't just say any words out of my mouth.

I went back to reality when the two kids climbed down on their beds then sat on my lap. It's always been their habit to sit on my lap like it was a soft chair for the both of them. Ever since they were still one year old, ganito na sila. Pag hindi ko kinarga, iiyak pero pag kinandong ko na, titigil na sa kakaiyak.

I need to get them away from this place as soon as possible. I don't know that he's already working in a different hospital. I'm afraid what dad will feel seeing him again if he comes here later.

"Mommy, Doctor Spidey will feed me the sweet water!" my little CJ said like he's that excited.

I glanced at him and I can't determine whether he is confused or surprised he looking at the kids and I'm hoping that he's not suspecting anything especially with Chadwick who looks like his little minime. I hope he's not suspecting anything because I would lose my mind if he will ask me if the kids came from him.

I look back at my kids and they're anticipating him to come near while they're sitting on my lap. So, that sweet water they're talking about is the meds in syrup.

"Doctor Spidey! I want the sweet water!" sabay nilang sabi sa kanya at dahan-dahan siyang lumapit sa'min pero nag iwas ako ng tingin kasi hindi nawawala ang tingin niya sa'kin.

Sinubo niya 'yong syrup isa-isa sa kanilang dalawa. He didn't even know that the one he is taking care of are his children. I didn't tell him though and I also don't have an intention to tell him now.

Also, I just noticed that he's wearing a spiderman shirt under his white coat which some part of me find funny.

"Doctor Spidey, this is our mommy!" talagang pinakilala pa ako ni Czarina sa Daddy niya and the side of his lips rose up then look back at me.

"T-they're yours?" he asked me based on the tone of his voice and his facial expression.

He looked surprised.

"Yes, they're mine," and yours too.

He looked stunned and I hope that he's not suspecting anything. He looked at the kids then he looked at me and he was stuck now kasi hindi na talaga siya gumalaw sa kinatatayuan niya habang nakatingin lang siya sa'kin then he suddenly said something.

"Doctor Spidey! she's our mom and our daddy is not here because he's far away," since when did the kids become talkative with just the person they met?

"Y-your dad is far away?" he asked them and he keeps on glancing at me.

"Yes, doctor Spidey! mommy said that he's busy!" can we just teleport? baka sabihin ng mga bata na sinabi ko na doctor 'yong tatay nila.

Ang daldal talaga ng mga bata kahit kailan ay hindi ka pwedeng magsabi ng lihim sa dalawang 'to kasi ang kulit mana sa tatay nila.

"Is it true, Veronica?" how can he call me that?! How can he call me that in front of the kids?

"You know my mommy's name?" sinasabi ko na nga ba! ayan! tuloy-tuloy na ang tanungan niyan!
