"Veronica, why don't you invite CJ for dinner?"
Oh God, I just woke up at ganyan na kaagad ang bungad ni Daddy sa'kin. Does he like CJ that much? He didn't even invited my ex for a dinner with him pero kay CJ talagang after meeting kaagad?
"Dad, I don't know when are we going to meet again" sabi ko habang kumakain ako ng breakfast.
"It's okay, finally you open up having a gay friend"
Bigla kong nasamid 'yong pagkain at muntikan na akong mabilaukan sa sinabi ni Daddy. What gay is he talking about? Damn, he thinks that CJ was gay?! Who the hell give him that kind of idea? Why would he think that he's gay?
"Wait, is that why the reason why you didn't protest last night?" I asked and he nodded then took a sip of the coffee.
Kaya pala hindi siya pumalag kagabi.
"Yes, does he have a girlfriend before?" he asked.
"No," I responded.
"Does he have an ex-girlfriend?" he asked and I shook my head.
"See? You just confirm it! that face? Walang girlfriend? Walang ex? There's no way that he's straight," he's judgmental, huh?
Ngayon ko lang nalaman na judgmental si daddy! How can he just say that CJ is gay? Kung alam niya lang ang dahilan kung bakit kami nagkakilala baka himatayin siya.
"How can you be so sure?" I seriously asked him.
"And why are you asking me that? Is there something that happened with the two of you?" how did he know?
"N-no," I chose not to say it because it sounds so rude telling your parents about it.
"Nanliligaw ba sa'yo?" follow up question by him.
"No" Sabi ko.
"See? He's gay because he doesn't like girls. It's impossible for a single man not to be tempted by any woman. He didn't ask you out, or any girls and that gives me the conclusion that he's gay," he shrugged and I just continue eating my breakfast.
Gay my ass!
Of course, he's not. And he will never be because I will never let him be in that state! No, no way!
Bianca came in to the restaurant while yawning and she immediately sat beside me here in my table. Buti nalang pumunta muna si Daddy sa may counter kasi hindi ko alam kong ano na naman ang sasabihin nito sa'kin
"Hey, you look blooming even at this morning, dinidiligan ka ba ng tama?" Bianca was too explicit with his words!
My dad was just at the counter at baka marinig niya naman 'yan ang tanungin ako kung ano ang ibig sabihin!
"Tss, just order for your breakfast because you need it!" I said and she nodded.
"Yeah, I think I need it" agad siyang tumayo at pumunta sa counter para mag order ng pagkain.
Another day in doing island hopping. My dad was with us kasi nga hindi naman siya busy ngayon dahil weekends. It's been days since I stayed in Siargao and so far, I'm having fun. Susulitin ko muna kasi nga pagbalik ko ng Manila, ay balik ulit stress ulit.
We're currently here at our resort in Santa Monica, it was like the northern part of Siargao and since my dad likes to do fishing then we used the yacht to travel by the water rather than travel on land.
"Guys, is it okay that Jake will join us?" Julia asked while she's holding her phone.
I wonder how she managed to hold it even while we're on the yacht?
