"Happy birthday," my dala silang cake at kakagising ko lang.

I drink too much last night at hanggang ngayon ay hang over parin ako! Damn this alcohol tolerance that I have! It makes me drink more kaya mas lalo ring sumasakit ang ulo ko pagkagising ko.

"Tss. Too High school" I laughed while shaking my head before letting them in.

"Excuse me, nahihirapan kaming bumili ng cake kasi walang nagbebenta dito. Saan regalo ko?"

"I think I should be the one who will ask you that" tugon ko at natawa lang sila.

"So, will you bring that guy here?" Lauren playfully arched her brows at me.

"Of course not, baka mapagkamalan siyang boyfriend ko, mahirap na" umiling lang ako at umupo sa kama habang minamasahe ang ulo ko.

"Oo nga pala, anyways, pupunta muna ako sa family ko sa Naked Island kasi mamaya pa naman 'yong party mo," Lauren while fixing her dress in the mirror.

"I think it was just a party for the employees then a dinner" sabi ko habang inaayos 'yong buhok ko.

"Then you will have a birthday sex," walang alinlangang sabi ni Bianca.

"Definitely not," nagkibit balikat lang ako at natawa lang sila.

"Weh? magka aids ka niyan," Lauren reminded.

"Here" I showed her the different flavors of condoms that I have on my table.

"Oh, I can have one?" nagulat ako nang si Julia ang humingi.

"For what? don't tell-

"Oh, come on! pampaswerte kaya 'yan sa wallet! give me one" that's the most interpretation of people about the condom.

Of course, it is a lucky charm to the wallet because if you will be in a sexual situation, you can use the condom anytime. It's not that literal lucky charm for a lot of money. That's so stupid, really.

But I just gave her one piece of strawberry flavor. That's her belief, I cannot do anything about it.

"Yeah, lucky charm. You can use that with Jake" Bianca likes of making fun of her.

"Stop! my virgin ears! gosh,!" she covered her ears refusing to hear Bianca's tease.

Anyways, umalis muna sila kasi nga may pupuntahan pa sila. My party will tonight and I think I would drink again kasi nga minsan lang naman ang birthday ko, once a year lang I want to enjoy too.

I was just clinging with my dad kasi sinama ako ni Daddy sa lupa ng bagong resort niya. His business was expanding through the years. He was asking my opinion since I'm an Architecture student and designs was my forte.

This island was preserved by their local government that's why buildings were not allowed. My design in mind was just like a simple yet elegant resort but nature-friendly at the same time.

"This is the place, what do you think?" he asked referring to this new empty land for now.

"I already have the design in my head, I'll give you the blueprint when I get back to Manila next week," sabi ko habang tumitingin sa paligid.

"Okay, how much is your talent fee?" seriously?

"Dad, I'm still not a licensed Architect! I'm still a student, you still need to hire a professional," I suggested pero umiling siya.

"Nope. I will wait for you to get your license before I will formally start the construction," oh, that's motivation, huh?

I think this project will be my first project kasi naka reserve na kaagad si Daddy sa sched ko kahit na hindi pa ako Professional. I still need to do a lot of things to achieve bago mangyari 'yon.
