Armaan was surprised to see Iru present in the living room early in the morning. He scratched his head while still being in half sleep and checked the watch on his wrist. He yawned further as he looked at Iru while rubbing his eyes. "Bro, I didn't see you last night. Sorry that I couldn't greet you in my house," he said while pressing on the word 'my'.
Iru smiled and shook his head slightly. "I came a few minutes back. I have recommended Samaira's name for one major project and they are willing to give it a try," he said happily. Armaan scoffed and moved into the kitchen.
Iru's eyes followed him there. Armaan opened the fridge and took out milk from it before walking back to the counter. Iru was waiting for him to speak something further. "Well, I hope your efforts will be answered," he said and chuckled lightly.
Iru sighed and nodded as he walked towards the kitchen counter and stood before Armaan. "What? Do you want coffee? Then make yourself one," Armaan said and rolled his eyes. Iru chuckled lightly and shook his head.
"No. I am fine. I already had breakfast," he said. Armaan raised his eyebrows and checked his watch again. He gave Iru a sheepish smile as he spoke again, "I thought I read the time wrong."
"It's 7, bro... When do you wake up and when do you eat?" Armaan asked again while putting the milk on gas and looking at Iru now. Iru shrugged. "I wake up around 4 then go for jogging and then after taking a shower, I prepare my breakfast and get ready around 7.30 usually but today I skipped a few things as I had to come here before leaving for a meeting," he said and smiled proudly.
Armaan gave him a nod with a dramatic impressive expression. "Wow," he said and pressed a smile. "Why do you hate me?" He asked. Armaan shook his head slightly and laughed.
"Hate is a big word, brother. I have no feelings for you. This is my neutral face," he said again. Iru nodded when Samaira walked out of the door. Iru gave her a smile which she returned.
