"Work load is eating me up! I seriously need a break with my buddies now!!!", Vishal murmured to himself
"Hello, good morning", he said on the call
"Hey brother, wassup? You called so early?", said a hoarse sleepy voice.
"Nothing much I have a meeting regarding the new project just heading there, after that almost till 7-8pm I would be busy so let's meet after that?!"
"Oh. Okay let's see you ask Rushi too", Adnan said into the phone sleepily.
"Addy, I am in a hurry right now you call him and ask and then just text me", said Vishal wearing his watch that Rushi had gifted him on his last birthday.
"Okay fine but let me sleep now you go work", said Adnan grumpily.
"Fine sleep bye!", saying so he hung up and took a last glimpse of himself in the mirror and hurried off.
Vishal left his room and was interrupted by his mom but he had to leave as soon as possible or else he was going to be late, as usual!
He promised his mom that in the evening he'll do whatever she asks to but they both knew that was never going to happen.
He sat in his car and started driving towards the office but he knew he was gonna get caught up in traffic. "Din ki shuruvat traffic main, nice!!! (Start to the day with traffic, nice!)", he said to himself frustrated.
"I am late, again! Chodo kya farak padta hai sab thodi Aaye hongey time se!" (How does it matter everyone wouldn't have arrived on time)", he said to himself.
He entered the room to see everyone already seated inside waiting for him!
When Malhotra Sir greeted him Vishal felt at ease he knew Sir always had a soft corner for him, he was the sweetest and treated Vishal like his own son!
When Malhotra sir introduced Vishal to Advika he broke the hug with Malhotra Sir and looked at Advika sitting right in front of him!
'Advika! she looked absolutely stunning in her simple red Kurti, ..she looks freaking beautiful!', Vishal thought to himself.

She made his eyes stop on her and not wanting to leave her beautiful sight!
"Hey, guys so in the last online meeting which we had we weren't sure about our lead but here he is today!", said Malhotra Sir.
"Fuck! Vishal Pandey!", Advika went numb for a few seconds looking at him.
Malhotra sir further said something which Advika's brain didn't register.
"So, Vishal you know everyone here except Advika! She is here from London! there she has been a part of a very beautiful play there!", said Malhotra Sir looking at Advika.
She heard him pause for a while but still she needed time to process that it was HIM!!!
"Advika!? I said something", Malhotra sir snapped her out of her frozen mind!
She stood up and said stammering, "Yeah, hi! Nice to meet you!"
Vishal held his hand in front of her and said, "Hello, good to see you too! Great work!"🤝🏻
She shook his hand and blurted out, "Yeah, I know, ahhh sorry, I mean Thank you"
Her reply was a little surprising or you can call it rude or dumb.
"What is this girl, who says *I know* when given a compliment. But her eyes, the confidence and boldness she had in them along with the nervousness, she was weird!", thought Vishal to himself.
Malhotra sir interrupted their introduction for which Advika was really thankful!
"Guys yeah, we have been through one meeting already and Vishal wasn't there with us back then but he is here with us today, he is been informed about the discussions of the past meeting. So today let's just get over with the paper work!"
She rested her eyes on his stern face when he said, "oh yes please let's get it done quickly I have things lined up for today after this!"
That felt strange to Advika for some reason as she thought he wouldn't be behaving so serious!
All of them finished the work there. Vishal had so much lined up today but all he wanted to do was keep stealing glances at her! Not even for once he felt like looking at Sania who was actually his co-actress for this show who was also sitting right beside her!
"What is she doing to me!? Did I know her ...have I met her before!? What's happening to me!?", Vishal was thinking to himself lost in his world
He was only half attentive during the discussion, she was distracting him!
He wasn't distracted by a single girl as far as he remembered which made him more restless to know more about her !
"Oh god Vishal focus on your work you have to leave!!", Vishal scolded himself.
After the meeting Advika sat in her car thinking, "Why is it so difficult for me to digest all that happened!!!! It's been quite a long time now. All my emotions are messed up and it's written all over my face.Why does my life have to be like some typical Indian daily soap! I don't know how much more things waiting ahead of me now!"
