V I S H A L

My eyes kept looking her way every now and then. I couldn't believe the turn of events tonight. I wanted to ask her what did the man do, did he...No fuck she is strong enough to not let him touch her inappropriately.

She fell asleep in the car halfway home. I wasn't ready to leave her at her parents place all alone. I wanted to be there till she was perfectly fine. I decided to take her to our apartment. Being with Adnan Rushi would make her feel  better.

I called Rushi to keep the door open as I parked the car. He must have sensed the difference in my voice and hence didn't say anything back. She was very weak and I didn't want to wake her up so I picked her carefully and got into the lift.

As I got out on our floor Rushi was standing at the door of our apartment and for a moment he looked shocked to see me emerge out with Advika in my arms, so should I add, unconscious Advika in my arms!

I took her in and went towards the bedroom. Adnan's too was shocked to see her like that. Both of them didn't say a word and followed me to the room. I placed her on the bed as Adnan removed the pillows to one side. Both of them looked at me confused, angry, shocked, afraid, I don't know I couldn't make out exactly what they were thinking.

Instead of giving them explainations, I carefully tried to remove the jacket from her. No words were exchanged between us but Rushi helped me take off the jacket and their eyes widened as if they would fall off from their sockets looking at the huge bloodied bandage on her arm.

I let her be on the bed like that and signaled Adnan Rushi to come out so we could talk about it. As we came into the living room I kicked away my shoes and sat on the couch gulping down a whole bottle of water that Rushi gave me

"Which hell broke loose today?", Adnan asked me shocked and worried.

"Why is there blood on your shirt?", Rushi said pointing towards the blood that stuck to my now wrinkled shirt.

"What is wrong with her? Is she unconscious? Is she drunk? Why is she lying ther elike a living corpse?", Adnan shot questions towards me as if I was the culprit.

"Guys let me speak!", both of them stayed silent and looked at me and I continued.

"She was drunk, I don't know how much but clearly a lot!"

"Damn it, I have always told her not to drink overboard! Every fucking time she does this when she is stressed or worried!", Adnan said

"But why the hell is she wounded?", Rushi asked.

"Long story ..."

I explained them all that happened and I could feel the rage they felt! Rushi was so furious that if he would have been there he would have cracked open the skull of the person without any second thoughts!

"What are we gonna do now? We need to sue that fucker", Adnan told us

"Obviously we will! I have got the contact of the manager of the hotel and we would look into the matter tomorrow, right now I needed to take her out from there, and I just couldn't leave her at her place so I brought her here.", I tell them.

"Thankfully you used your brain, now please freshen up and change into clean clothes", Rushi told me.

After freshning up I came out and wiped off the makeup with wet wipes from Advika's face which was ruined by her tears.
When the total makeup was gone I realised the grown eye bags and dark circles around her eyes and how well she hid them.

Advika in her sleep turned to sleep on the hand that was injured and I quickly stopped her while Adnan placed cushions beside her injured arm so that she wouldn't turn to that side on her hand.

No one of us dared make a noise in the room. Though Rushi said that she was a heavy sleeper and them talking wouldn't disturb her, we didn't take the risk.
