61. The proposal

"Ready for the best bday of your life?", Adnan whispers into my ears.

"Get this piece of shit off my eyes yaar jaldiiiiii", I whine.

Adnan turns me to face him and gingerly removes the blindfold.
I open my eyes and flutter them adjusting my vision.

I look up at Adnan and hug him tight!

"I missed you sooooo much!", I practically cling to his tall figure with my hands behind his neck as he gently picks me up by my waist hugging me back tightly.

"I missed you too partner!", He says.

"And what about us?", comes a voice from behind and I break the hug with Adnan and look back

"What the-...Manu ... Rushii....", I walk up to Rushi and hug him too.
Adnan walks upto us and hugs us both together from behind me.

"Guys, I would practically be crushed between you two!", I say and they both let me go laughing.

"How are you here baby?", I ask Mansi taking her into a bone crushing hug. I so missed her!

I look around and take in all the decorations, my jaw was practically on the floor, no wait... on the perfectly trimmed grass!

Sound doesn't escape my mouth.
The whole lawn was beautifully decorated with lights hanging around the perfectly trimmed trees and bushes. In the middle of the lawn was a carpet laid which lead to the beautiful circular decoration of white and lavender flowers with "Happy Birthday beautiful" written in between.

Rushi, Adnan put their arms on my shoulders and I looked at both of them with open mouth.

"You wouldn't want your pictures to be wierd with your mouth open would you?", Rohit's voice distracts me.

"Wh...what is all this!!!", I exclaim in happiness.

"It's your birthday baby! How can we not celebrate it like this after so many years!", Rushi tells me.

"Come now", Adnan forwards his arm for me to hold and I latch my arm around his.

"Such a gentleman!", I say look at Adnan and he gives me his cutest smile. I have to say the boys have taken some efforts to look decent and good today and my sister as usual looks awesome!

Adnan walks me up to the decoration with the "happy birthday beautiful" written on it.

Half way upto it I ask him, "When did you plan to come here? How come I didn't know anything?"

"Do you want all the answers right now? Chill babes we are here for a week!", Adnan tells me and my eyes lit up with happiness.

"Wow! So it's just you, Rushi and Mansi here?", I ask him expecting a postive reply but he doesn't say anything. I look at him but he looks away. Rohit and Rushi bring a table with a beautiful small cake while Whiskey comes running towards me!

Wait....why is Whiskey here?

All of them look in Whiskey's direction with a huge grin!

What the hell is going on!

Whiskey comes near me and and I see there is something he is holding in his mouth. I remove the ball from his mouth and realise it has a slit in it. I carefully hold the slit open as the others look at me. I remove the piece of paper stuffed in the ball and open it.
