Immortal

I have lived thousands of lives. 

I have fought dozens of wars, 

lost hundreds of people, 

and loved Millions of people. 

I have learned many lessons, some more painful than others, shedding tears mourning what I have lost or celebrated what I have gained. 

And maybe living all of these lives has prevented me from living the one life that truly matters, but I wouldn't change a thing.

 Because I would much rather have my heart broken over and over again than have to pick myself up from what you've done to me. 

Because as I open the cover into another world, I know that for a few hours I don't have to feel the pain you've caused me.
