Thirty Three

{ JACE }

Andy leaves the room, and I take Andy's words into consideration.

Every breath I take hurts, I take shallow breaths, every time feeling a piercing pain in my ribs.

( TIME SKIP TO SIX WEEKS )

My arm is still broken, but my ribs and nose are healed.

Jamie has come by once and a while, but I wanted to set things straight when I got better again.

I am now back at school.

I open my locker, staring at Jamie.

" Jace? " I hear a familiar voice say.

I turn around and see a short brunette with brown eyes.

" Bella? " I say puzzled.

Bella was my Ex-girlfriend, I dated her a LONG time ago.

" I didn't know you went to this school... " she says.

" Well yeah... " I say scratching the back of my head, not knowing what to say.

Thank god first bell rang, and I headed to class.

The rest of the day was slow.

I see Jamie at lunch, walking to the bleachers.

I follow her.

" Jamie " I say and lightly grab her shoulder in the empty hall way.

" Yes? " she asks.

" Jamie I'm sorry for the way I treated you, and I honestly don't deserve you. I was just hoping that you might...give me a second chance.

She looks in my eyes, and she looks like she's thinking.

She puts her arms around my neck and kisses me passionately, and I kiss her back, I have my arms around her back.

At the corner of my eye, I see Bella, hit she slowly backs away.

Our kiss ended, but I wish it would of lasted forever.
