Jetfire slowly walked behind Elita, keeping his normal apathetic expression and wings perked up. The meeting with Zeta Prime would be taking place in the furthest conference room on the floor, for the sake of privacy. He initially thought it would take place in Zeta's office, which would've made getting the recording much more difficult. He was glad it wasn't, not just because of that. His office was cramped to him.

"Jetfire," Elita caught the Seeker's attention, "why do you think Zeta has an 'attack plan'?"

"We both know how he acts in these situations. The only reason there's a meeting is because of Magnus's reasoning." The flier said.

The other commander nodded in understanding, then they fell silent. They went up the elevator, then walked towards the correct room and entered without hesitation. Inside, there was only around five tables with two chairs each, and a pristine white table in the middle with two holographic keyboards. Guardian sat at a table, Zeta had a chair pulled up between two tables and sat in it, and Ultra Magnus stood by the door with his arms crossed. Elita and Jetfire separated, the former sitting by Guardian while the latter stood opposite of her.

"Now that everyone's present, we can start." Zeta said, almost impatiently.

Elita and Jetfire caught each others optics for a moment, but didn't hold the gaze long. The dark blue Autobot stood up from his seat, padding to the table. He didn't do anything for a while. He sighed, finally turning to look at his commanders.

"We all know that the Decepticons have been active as of late." He started, "The assassination attempt made that evident."

The room now had a tense air to it, like the Prime thought one of the Autobots within the room orchestrated the assassination. He continued.

"This will not be tolerated." He growled, "We've been shot at, beaten down, crushed, and now they use one of our 'Bots as an attempt to weaken us."

"Sir, if I may interject," Guardian said, "how do you know it was an Autobot who attempted the assassination?"

"Not just any 'Bot." Jetfire said, clenching his servos tightly, "It was Knockout. Saw him running off myself."

"Cameras also showed him stabbing Optimus with a dagger." Ultra Magnus added.

The flier's servos started to hurt from the pressure of his digits, but he still kept his posture calm and faceplates unreadable.

"I don't know what Megatron offered to make Knockout turn on us, but..." The Prime sighed, "All I can think of, now, is that he's planning something."

"What brings you to that conclusion?" Elita asked.

"The Decepticons are working with someone." Zeta said, "This person may have a personal vendetta against the Autobots, and decided to work with the Decepticons to get their revenge. Crystal City was only the beginning of their revenge."

"Are you trying to say that this Dark Striker may be who they're working with?" The reddish-orange Autobot asked.

"It's possible, but then again, it's only my guess." The Prime admitted.

The room had become quiet as the Autobots pondered on the situation. Jetfire knew that he summoned the commanders for more than this. He sighed, breaking the silence.

"What's the true reason behind summoning us, Prime?" He asked, "This isn't just about what happened to Optimus."

"You're correct, Jetfire." Zeta said.

He turned away from the table, facing everyone.

"I summoned you, commanders, to ask for your help in planning an attack on the Decepticons." He said, gaining shocked looks from his commanders, "It's time that we end this war, one and for all."

There was no immediate objections or questions. It seemed as if no one even breathed.

"Sir, you know we don't have the resources to launch an assault." Guardian said, "It's simply impossible."

"It's impossible to storm Kaon." Elita spoke up, "We can attack an outpost like... maybe the Crystal City Outpost?"

"I agree with Elita-one." Ultra Magnus said, looking at his leader, "If we utilize the Spy-Unit, we'll use less resources to gain a small victory."

The dark blue Autobot nodded to his second-in-command, then looked over at Elita.

"Do you approve of using your unit?" He asked her.

"Yes, sir." The reddish-orange Autobot immediately said.

"Then, this debate is settled." The Prime said, "Elita, please formulate a plan to invade the Crystal City Outpost."

Elita nodded in understanding.

"You're dismissed." The Prime announced.

The Autobots started to leave the room, all except Jetfire and Elita. Once everyone had left, they walked over to the table at the center of the room, Elita starting to tamper with it to extract the footage of the meeting. The flier looked at the door, arms still crossed and digits digging into his upper arms.

"I can't believe Knockout would commit such a crime." The smaller Autobot said to fill the silence.

"Yeah, I can't, either." Jetfire said, "I'll tear him apart if he shows his face around here again."

"We don't need to kill anyone. Optimus is alive, and that's all we can ask for." Elita said.

The flier looked down at her for a moment, then rolling his optics and looking back at the doorway. The two commanders went back to silence, the smaller of the two continuing to extract the recording. She straightened after a moment, looking at a panel that popped up on her arm. She tapped around it for a bit, then it disappeared. She looked back at Jetfire, nodding.

"Okay, I have the recording." Elita said.

The Seeker looked back at her, nodding and lowering his arms. The two commanders left the conference room, heading to the elevator and going back down to the main level.
