Lauren got out of the police car and quickly ran over to Morris. "Where is she?!" Lauren yelled. Morris looked down and sighed. "Where is she? where's my daughter!"
A cold laugh made Lauren snap her head round to see Tom hand cuffed with six other men, including Charlotte's Uncle. "She's as good a dead now. That little bitch is bleeding in an alleyway somewhere."
Before Lauren or anyone could keep up, Lauren was beating Tom. The boy was on the floor as Lauren had kicked him in the balls,
hard.
"Where is she you little prick?" She spat.
"In an alleyway. God you are rather deaf aren't you." Charlotte's Uncle snarked. Lauren quickly punched him square in the face before an office restrained her. "Miss Jauregui!" He scolded.
"Where is she you assholes! Where is she?!" Lauren screamed at them. "You're to late. She's dead." Tom replied. Lauren kicked her legs, hitting him in the jaw.
"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Morgan yelled, "get her back to the station."
Once back at the station, Lauren hadn't stopped crying as her parents held her. Charlotte wasn't in her arms still, and for all she knew her baby girl could be dead or dying in an alleyways like they said, and that thought brought on more tears.
"They didn't even react when we arrested them." AC ranted, "They were one step ahead the whole time."
"What do we do now?" Mike asked.
"Well, we start a search party. Tell the media." A.C sighed. Lauren nodded.
The rest of the girls walked in, and Lauren got up and immediately ran into their awaiting arms. "She's still gone!" Lauren sobbed. The girls only held her tighter, unsure of what to do or say other than to cry along with Lauren as they prayed Charlotte would still be alive and safe until they found her, if they ever did.

A tall auburn haired lady sighed as she threw her dogs chew toy away from her in the dog park. It was a deceiving day, it looked incredibly sunny and warm when she was in her house, but when she got to the dog park near her home she quickly discovered that it was absolutely freezing, and could understand why only a few people were out.
She giggled as her two year old German Sheperd puppy bounced over with his red frisbee in his mouth with his tail wagging furiously. She laughed even harder when he stopped in front of her and stuck his but in the air, almost like he was daring her to try and take the toy away. "Rufus you are a pain." She chuckled as she tried to catch him, but the puppy simple made an abrupt jump to the left and barked playfully.
The Auburn sighed and stood up straight. "You really are so badly behaved."
"Tegan!" She turned around the see her oldest friend Megan running towards her with her Labrador, Kody, running with her as he leapt happily at her side. "Hey Meg!" Tegan greeted once she was a little closer. Rufus quickly went to greet the blonde Labrador and woman, giving Tegan enough time to pick up his toy.
"Did you hear about that little girl on the news?" Megan asked, slightly out of breath. Tegan nodded and sighed. Her cousin was a huge fan of the girlbands daughter, she was absolutely distraught about it, and Tegan felt sick when she thought about how those men treated her.
"I have. It's been three days since the police said she was released somewhere and was badly hurt. How could anyone do that to a near 14 year old?" Tegan asked. Megan shrugged. "I have no idea. They've been arrested, but they can't have a trial until they have the little girl. I dread to think how scared and hurt she is." Megan shivered, "I know it's awful, but if the weather is cold where she is like it is here, I wouldn't be surprised if she was near death."
Tegan gulped and nodded. An almost respectful silence fell over the two as they watched their dogs lay down. It wasn't until Megan sighed when they spoke again. "Want to walk home together?"
Tegan nodded and whistled Rufus over so she could put on his leash. The two 20 year olds walked out of the park and down the street in a comfortable silence, only exchanging a few comments about their dogs as they walked. The thought of the little girl was intoxicating there brain.
"I just wish those assholes would say where she is. Haven't they done enough to her?" Megan spoke frustratedly. Tegan nodded, "They said that they abused her, and I got a real nasty vibe of them. They deserve to suffer as much as she is."
Rufus and Kody began to pull on their leashes towards an alley way. "Rufus come on!" Tegan tried as she pulled the dog closer. Rufus and Kody began to bark as they pulled away even harder, causing both girls to lose their grip and let go of the leash.
"They probably saw a cat." Megan groaned as she and Tegan began running down the alleyway. The two called their dogs repeatedly until they saw them sat by a lump on the floor.
"You boys are- oh my God." Megan gasped as she saw that the lump was in fact a beaten up girl laying in a pool of blood. "Is that the little-" "Call an ambulance!" Tegan spoke hurriedly as she gently felt for a pulse. She sighed in relief when she found a very weak on. "Oh good boys!" Tegan fussed the two dogs before taking off her jacket and putting it over the shivering girl as Megan called an ambulance. Rufus and Kody laid either side of the small girl, almost in a protective way and to keep her warm. If it wasn't the given circumstances Tegan could of awed at the sight, but right now she was more concerned with keeping the girl alive.
Quickly the ambulance arrived and whilst they extremely carefully got the girl into the ambulance, Tegan called the cops.
"911 what's your emergency?"
"Hi, I've found Charlotte Mae Jauregui. She's currently going into an ambulance."
"One moment please."
The line went quiet and Tegan watched as Megan helped the medics get the girl into the ambulance. "Alright, What's your name?"
"Oh. Tegan Slater."
"Okay Miss Slater, what hospital is Charlotte going to?"
"St Lukes. Bethlehem."
"Alright, thank you Miss."
"Are you girls coming with us?" One medic asked, Tegan nodded after Megan agreed to take the dogs back and meet her there.
Very quickly the ambulance was zooming off to the hospital, and Tegan was left wondering if the girls family would know by now, as she examined the girls beaten features.

Lauren was in her hotel room, doing nothing but moping around and wishing everything was different. The girls had tried making her smile but it was no use. Tour was finished but she wished it hadn't finished this way, Despite the situation, their manager wanted them to carry on as if nothing had happened, they were just trying to distract the girls from everything by making them go to the KCAs and IHEART awards, they pulled it off and even won, but the pure fact that Charlotte was out somewhere alone and cold was awful, and she just wanted the world to stop spinning.
She was about to drift to sleep once again when her phone began ringing. Lauren groaned and answered the small device without looking at the I.d. "Hello?" Her slightly stuffy voice asked.
"Lauren it's Morris."
Immediately the brunette sat up, "What's wrong?"
"Charlotte has been found. She's in hospital."
Lauren nearly fell out of her bed. "What?" She breathed.
"Charlotte's alive."
Lauren couldn't contain the son of relief as she dropped her phone and cried in joy. Her baby girl was alive.
Charlotte was alive.
