Charlotte happily skipped down to the lobby and threw herself onto Beau, who laughed loudly and hugged her back.

"Someone's in a cheery mood." He smiled. "I got told that we were meeting animals today!" She said happily. Beau laughed at her.

"Morning Beau." The girls all greeted him before they got into a van. Beau and Charlotte were chatting away over sharks and how he saw three close up yesterday during surfing.

"How's Pop?" Charlotte asked. "Good, he misses you. But I'm sure that's mainly because he can tell you all his old stories again." Beau laughed at Charlotte hitting his shoulder lightly. "His stories are pretty good." She smiled, "yeah, once you've had them told to you over 20 times, tell me how good they are then." Beau challenged. Charlotte just laughed and nudged him in the arm.

"Beau, how come you never brought Lea to meet us?" Camila asked, making Beau go a little red. "I-I didn't want to overstep anything..." He admitted shyly. Charlotte found the shade of red he went very amusing.

"Of course not!" Camila said, and the other girls agreed. "She's coming with my Mom when she has to pick me up later, if you guys wouldn't mind meeting her." Beau asked nervously. All the girls agreed and conversation began flowing all again.

Once they arrived at the large building, the girls had an interview before they got to meet the baby kangaroos.

(Is it kangaroo? Idk!)

Beau and Charlotte decided to wonder around for a little. Even though Beau said he didn't mind listening to the interview, Charlotte could only take so much of the same questions, so she dragged Beau around the large building. The two found conversation easy, and unfortunately Beau asked the worst thing.

"So, will I ever see you again?" He asked. The question made Charlotte's heart squeeze. "I'm not sure. But we can keep in touch right?" She asked hopefully.

Beau nodded and smiled. "It sucks, that you have to travel so soon. I like hanging out with you." He admitted. Charlotte nodded as they turned a corner. "I agree...But I can't help it." Charlotte sighed.

The two turned around before they got lost. "If you didn't have to leave, do you think...That maybe we would of...Y'know, dated?" He asked shyly. Charlotte shrugged. "I'm not sure, I'm more of a see how things turn out kind of person. But I think the chances of us dating would of been high." Charlotte admitted easily.

Beau nodded and stopped walking. "Can I give you something? I would do it later, but I can feel my courage slipping." He chuckled nervously. Charlotte smiled and nodded.

He reached into his Jean pocket and pulled out a shark tooth necklace. Charlotte beamed as he stepped behind her and put it on her. "I saw one yesterday. And I know you wanted one, but this one stood out to me." Beau smiled as he stepped back in front of Charlotte as she admired the tooth. "And also, as stupid as it probably sounds, I didn't want you to forget me."

Charlotte quickly wrapped her arms around Beau's neck and hugged him as his hands went around her waist. "I love it." She whispered, before pulling back and giving him a kiss on the cheek, making him blush slightly.

"I could never forget you. So don't worry about that."

The kangaroos were adorable!

There were only two, and they probably received more attention than they would have in a life time. Though Charlotte didn't hold one, she was still awing and getting selfies with one. If course, her and Dinah took selfies.

"Can we get one?" Charlotte asked as Lauren held it. Lauren chuckled, "I don't think Simon would appreciate us bringing a Kangaroo on tour or taking one home." She laughed as Charlotte pouted. "He's so cute, it hurts my heart." Charlotte whined, making everyone laugh at her. "He is adorable, but they aren't as tolerable when they get older." Beau spoke as he used his index finger to gently rub the head of the Kangaroo Normani was holding.

"Come on guys, we have to get back to the hotel." Big Rob said as he looked at the clock. They handed back the Kangaroos to their handlers before thanking everyone and getting back into the van.

"So, what are you guys doing for the rest of the day?" Beau asked. It was already half three in the afternoon.

"Packing and greeting fans until we leave for the airport at 9." Ally sighed as she rested her head on Dinah's shoulder.

The rest of the day was rather sad for Charlotte. Lea did get to meet Fifth Harmony and the girls found her adorable. Charlotte had to say goodbye to Beau which she absolutely hated. She was going to miss him, but they promised to keep in touch with each other.

The girls were now sat on the Airplane, waiting for take off, when Lauren spoke up. "What's that on you neck?" She asked softly.

Charlotte pulled on the leather necklace, bringing the shark tooth up from under her shirt. "Beau gave it to me." She spoke sadly. Even though now she was looking forward to seeing Ivy, she really was going to miss Beau. He was hilarious, sweet, kind and definitely good looking and it was clear to see that the two had gotten close.

Lauren felt awful.

She wanted Charlotte to have friends and have a chance to make longer memories. As much as she hated to admit it, if Charlotte did live with her parents, she would get that chance. The chance to have a normal remaining childhood.

But she knew Charlotte didn't want to leave her, and there was no way she'd ever let Charlotte go, as stubborn and selfish as it was. She needed Charlotte and that was that.

"I'm sorry..." Lauren whispered.

Charlotte frowned. "Why? It's not something you can control. And even though saying goodbye sucked. I'm glad I got to meet him." Charlotte smiled weakly.

Lauren smiled at her daughter and kissed her forehead. "When did you get so smart Huh?" She teased.

"I was always smart," Charlotte smiled, "I was just mute."
