Chapter 11

The next five days on their "holiday" were spent in virtual silence. Liam slept on the couch as Gillian spent more often then not her whole day in bed. Zayn would come in with food she never ate. Harry would go to a bar at any time and get drunk. Lou and Moriah would quietly plan the wedding that everyone had almost forgotten about. Jade would try to comfort Liam with no avail and would usually jusy sit there on tumblr. Sarah and Niall walked the streets hand in hand as they tried to avoid paps and rumours but did come out with their engagement.

Gillian POV

I slept for what seemed like days. Well days and nights turned into one thing. I didn't really know where Liam ever was. Maybe on the couch. When we got back home I took over the couch and just laid there. Zayn would bring me food and give me medicine which I took only to make him happy. Liam would come and sit with me but I didn't want to see him just sit there.

He didn't even want the baby so shouldnt he be happy now? Shouldn't he be okay with not needing to tell management and not getting married and... Niall and and Sarah were getting married. Four and a bit months from now. I slept on our couch. Or was it Liam's? Well either way Niall and Sarah always made a point to stay in the other flat we all used to share.

No one else came over but Zayn and I didn't blame them much. I was sort of glad. Means I didn't have to fake a smile. Harry was in the kitchen once but I called Zayn and he made him leave. He was the worst out of everyone. Saying no one wanted the baby. That it was just a "thing."

After a day or two Liam stopped trying to talk to me. Did he even care? I failed at the only thing I'm meant to do! I failed as a women. He wouldn't want me. He wouldn't want me.

Liam POV

She just sat there. The TV would be turned off and on and I wasn't sure she even watched it when it was on. She would only talk to Zayn which I got. she needed space and l would give her that. I kept my distance and tried not to bother her.

We had been home for three days and then her parents phoned. The first thing she said to me in a week was "I don't want to talk to them." Then that was it. I was forced to explain what happened. Her dad yelled at me through the phone and her mother cried. '"Liam if you don't start treating her right I will insist she moves back home you got that?" Was all her dad said in the end. He hung up and I did too as I walked over to Harry's to steal a bottle of vodka.

Harry POV

She insisted on sleeping at Sami's. How am I supposed to feel? So I did what I could to not feel anything. I got drunk. I never got so drunk I'd stop remembering her though which made me even more mad.

The second night back I sat outside their door and just listened to her talk. "You can't protect me from everything. And then he said "I can't try!" And sami would awe at all the sweet things this guy said to her. I wondered who it was. And why she had moved on so quickly. I loved her. Maybe she didn't love me?

Sami POV

I turned on the camera while Sofie was at Moriah's. "Hello everybody." I started off like I had the last time. I talked about things pertaining to thw boys and I talked about dark. The fanfiction that Sofie had read to me. she said she wanted it to be their lives. she missed him so much. And I said all that to the camera and then once I was satisfied began to edit it and cut out all the things about Sofies feelings.

After a few hours I finished and put it on YouTube. I had always wanted to do this but had never gotten around to it. I checked my channel and already had 15, 000 subscribers in a week and a half.

I checked Twitter and noticed a retweet of my video becoming quite popular. I smiled and thanked everyone for their support. [Hey babe. Wanna get together tonight? N xx] I rolled my eyes and deleted probably the fourteenth text from Nathan.

Ed POV

I had heard a LOT of rumours about all of my friends. We only had about four months left on tour and Shelby was having a blast. We got along the whole time and started to act more like a couple.

"Why don't we Skype everyone tonight?" She asked brushing her long hair to the side. I texted Lou to see what they were all up to. "Okay they said ln like an hour " I smiled and changed into fresh clothes.

Niall POV

When Jade told us what happened to Gillian Sarah cried. I felt horrible. But Liam didn't seem to want to talk about anything and neither did Gillian. I didn't blame them. I still wasn't very happy with their idea of marriage. I was really put off by it.

Sarah said I'd be better off not fighting with anyone and just to stick with our own business. we stayed in mine and Liam's flat as Gillian and Liam stayed in the girls. We sat on the couch when Lou rushed in. "Moriah is on Skype with Ed and Shell and they're having the best time of their lives and we're not about to ruin it. He said that if anything was wrong he'd come back so get back to ours and act happy."

Lou POV

They just seemed so happy. I didn't want to ruin it. I couldn't bring myseld to do that. I went and got Harry as Moriah explained what happened to Gillian the week before.

I walked in and he was passed out on the floor. Okay so he "sleeping". Liam agreed to come over as he put something behind the counter. I waited till he wobbled out the door to check what it was. Vodka.

Gillian wouldn't even look at me. Poor girl. She was so depressed it hurt to look at. I felt bad for her and Liam. She needed Liam but sometimes he was too clueless. I went and got Jade and Zayn and told him to go see the quiet girl still on the couch.

I waited at the door as he tried to coax her out until he gave up. "Okay, we'll tell them She's "sleeping" too." Sami and Sofie came out after hearing all of us. That left Niall and Sarah.

They got up and I instantly felt awkward. None of us had really apologized about that day and I knew it wouldn't happen anytime soon .

Shelby POV

When Moriah told me about Gillian I cried and was almost ready to just get up and go home. But everyone eventually came In and said hello with smiles. "No no everything is really great. Harry is asleep and Gillian is in the shower." Lou said with a smile. "How's everything with that Sofie? And Sami? " I asked and they both shrugged. "we're okay." And every one told us their news. they said quick goodbyes and all left with Lou and Moriah still with us. They said goodbye too and the line went dead. "Did they seem...odd?" I asked Ed and he nodded.
