Chapter 37

Zayn POV

I woke up early and decided to make breakfast, or try at least. I rolled over to see Jade lying with her head between two pillows and her chest rising and falling slowly. She wore a very thin tank top and I think a pair of my boxers but she was mostly buried in our comforter. I leaned over a bit and kissed her cheek. Then the thought came to me.

We were married!

I got up with a huge smile and made toast. Good enough. I went back to bed and figured I could sleep for a bit longer because I knew she would. So, I fell back asleep.

"whoa. He actually did?" I opened my eyes to see Jade tieing her shoes at the end of our bed with her phone between her shoulder and ear. I sat up. Had I slept that long? I checked the clock.

Half twelve.

I guess I had. I crawled to the end of our king sized bed and kissed the side of her neck that was stretched out to balance her phone. I guess she hadn't realized I was there because she jumped a little. "good morning" "good morning Mrs Malik" She laughed a little at the title. I did too. Wait. Who was she on the phone with? I looked at her in panic and pointed to the phone. She shook her head.

"it's Liam. And guess what happened?" I raised my eye brows because girls could talk about anything and find it amazing or interesting. She said a quick goodbye to Li and turned to me.

"look." She shoved the phone in my face. It was a picture of the side of some guys head. He had scruff and a quiff. "so...? Wait " It took a second but then I realized who it was.

Andy cut all of his hair off.

"What the hell did he do that for?! " I almost yelled. His hair had been so long. He had grown it out for so long! I checked the caption. [Not the only thing I miss...]

I wondered if Sami saw it but then Jade said she only went on social media to update her own followers and she said she "didn't want to potentially see something that would hurt her" and I guess both she and Sofie had a good reason to not scroll twitter like we did.

She took her phone back and sighed. She scrolled through as I grabbed a towel for the shower. Her eyes went wide and then she laughed and shook her head. "and guess who has the same haircut as Andy?".

Sami POV

"are you sure you want to do this? Are you sure?" I asked over and over again as Gillian drove the car to downtown London. We all shared cars despite much of our protest, but the boys all insisted. However, I took the bus usually because I didn't have a "famous boyfriend" despite the fact that everyone thought I was dating Nathan....

I had my date tonight but Gillian came in this morning telling me her plan for the day. She assured me that she needed to do this. That she wanted to. I sat scrolling twitter even though I knew I shouldn't have, and came to a picture of Andy with some girl. He probably didn't care about me. I was about to click on his profile but then Gill stopped the car.

"here." She hopped out happily and I got out and tried to not seem shook up with what I saw on twitter. "Liam said he liked this idea?" She stopped walking and looked at me with a smirk. "doesn't know." I stopped again. "shouldn't you ask him?" She simply shook her head and walked into the tall building.

She sat in a single chair and I looked around at the strange looking people. How on earth had she found this place? Lou, the boys stylist, walked out wearing a cute little dress and Lux ran after her. "mummy. Look, there's Gilli !" She said as soon as she saw her.

She ran up to Gillian and jumed into her lap. Almost five. Time flew by. I remember just seeing pictures of her when she was just a baby girl. She was so big now. Gillian stood up with the little girl in her arms and spun her around with both of them laughing. She kissed her cheek and giggled at the goofy faces Gillian was making. She would make a wonderful mother someday. It made me sad she lost the baby.

"and who's over there?" Gillian pointed to me and Lux smiled with all her teeth. "Sama!" the little blonde girl yelled as she ran to me. I got a nickname last year and I felt special. "Hey baby girl. How are you?" I crouched down a but and hugged her. "good. Where's uncle Liam?" She looked behind me. "he's back home." her face fell a little then she smiled again. "But Andy is here right?" She looked around as She held my hand and we walked back to the chair Gillian sat in with Lou making sure this is what she wanted.

I got a little sad. As far as Lux knew Andy and I were still together, that we were still happy. But he was back home and probably seeing another girl already. He seemed happy. I didn't check but I'm sure they would've told me if anything had happened. "Lux would you do get the comb for me? It's over there?" Lou asked and I was grateful. I didn't know what to say about.... Him.

Then My phone rang and I rolled my eyes and stepped into the large hall outside the studio. "hello Nathan." I sighed at just the sound of his voice. "ready for our date tonight sweetheart?" I cringed. Ugh. I was not his sweetheart.

Sofie POV

I sat there with Maz and we were both quite silent. What had we done... Again? I was about to talk to him despite the massive headache I had but someone knocked on the door. I stood up and answered the door. Gillian stood there with her hood on and a huge smile.

"What are you--?" I was about to ask when she stepped in and took off the hood. Her used to be blonde with faded blue, brown regrowth, slightly longer than shoulder length hair, was now super short and light blonde. "I love it!" Maz stood up and ran his fingers through her hair and I just laughed.

"I like it too. What did Liam say?" I asked and she looked a little guilty. "you haven't told him. You cheeky girl." Maz went up and kissed her cheek. "I'm going out to help Sami after her uh date. I'll see you later." he looked at me sympathetically and walked out.

"Gillian I have something to tell you..." I sighed and led her to the couch. What was I going to do?!
