Chapter 23

Jade POV

"Well are we planning on telling everyone all at once or...." I went and hugged Zayn from behind as he hung up the phone with our agent. We just bought a house. We were going to live across town in a private area. We had enough room for well, everyone.

Our house was really big actually. Too big for my liking but Zayn basically dealt with all the morgages and contracts and stuff. He assured me he could pay for it and I didn't doubt it. I was honestly so spoiled. "Well its all confirmed and he said we can start moving in next week. So should we tell everyone now? Might as well."

We made a plan to get everyone in the hall because we weren't sure how awkward it would be. Probably very. Zayn went and knocked on Gillian's door then on Niall's. I went to Louis and Moriah's. Soon enough most of our friends were in the hall. Zayn explained that Harry was sleeping. Probably hung over. I decided to go to Samis and I knew Sofie was out but instead of Sami I was greeted by Maz.

"When did you get here?!" I was a little surprised. "A few hours ago. I figured I'd wait until you were all up to say hi." I told him to call Sami and to meet us all in the hall.

When we all were there hugs were given to Maz and Liam cheered up a lot more compared to before. They all looked at us excitedly and I nodded my head at Zayn as if to say I was ready to tell everyone.

Gillian POV

Good for them! I smiled widely and hugged Zayn and then Jade. I called dibs on designing a room in the house!

Liam POV

"That's awesome." I was happy for them.

Niall POV

I wasn't expecting that but I guessed if they had been thinking about it for as long as they said it was good they were moving. I patted Zayn on the back and winked. He always used to tell me about how he wanted his own house with Jade.

Sarah POV

"That's so exciting! Are you guys sure though? That's a big step." I was a little lenient on them moving but of course I was happy for them! Jade assured us they had really thought this through.

Louis POV

I was a little jealous of them actually. I wouldn't mind moving. But I knew Zayn liked his space so I really didn't blame them. If he's ready for this then why the hell not?

Moriah POV

"Can I decorate?" Was the first thing I asked. They both agreed and I was extremely excited. Gillian asked for one room so I figured I'd do about the same. Maybe a couple more...

Sami POV

Wow. That's a big step. A home. Not a flat. I hoped they were ready but I knew they were. They were the most secure out of all of us together I think. Jade leaned in and hugged me and whispered in my ear. "Zayn and I'll be gone so take care of Gillian and Liam." I nodded and knew what she meant.

Sofie POV

I didn't really wanna wake up and have to talk to Moriah so I decided to wake up early and leave for breakfast by myself. I walked and I figured it was too early for paps. I was right. Besides I was by myself and that meant they wouldn't pay much attention to me.

Breakfast was good. I was making a little bit of money from helping Sami with her videos. I didn't mind. That way I didn't have to get a real real job. I walked back to our building and took the lift to our floor. I heard noises outside the lift and when it opened everyone looked at me. Awkward...

I was told the news as Moriah and Lou said theyd be out for the entire day which I wasn't mad about. They shuffled past me quietly then I noticed our visitor. All the girls knew that I liked him back in school but I hadn't really gotten to know him. Plus he was here for Samis videos with Gillian. Not for me. Maybe I should stay away in case I fall for him. Why would I do that? Was he looking back at me? He was.

I blushed and thanked God no one could hear my thoughts. He walked over and hugged me. He was about my height. "Hey Sofie" he said after the hug. I said a quick hey back before my phone rang. It was my sister. "Just gonna go take this." I excused myself as Liam coughed to get back everyone's attention from that awkward encounter.

Omniscient POV

They all stood there awkwardly as Maz fiddled with his thumbs with a goofy smile on his face. He had always loved everyone there and when he heard that Harry was being a dick he felt back for Sofie. He knew he should never bring up Sami and Andy though. Plus he heard somewhere that her and Nathan were very together.

Jade and Zayn explained they would go pay the payments and do what they needed to that day. They left and that left Sarah to remember what she needed to do. "Can we talk Gillian? " her voice cut through the silence of the hallway. "Sure..." Gillian said hesistantly as they both walked into their apartment.

Liam glared at Niall who rolled his eyes back. "She's apologizing for whatever happened." Niall said a little mad at Liam's sudden protectiveness over his... well Gillian. "You know what happened Niall." He said coldly back and Maz was a bit confused at the tone of his best friends voice.

"But I don't understand her need to apologize. It wasn't her fault. Is was yours" Niall spoke In a hushed tone so the girls couldn't hear them. Sami then suggested that she and Maz leave before it got too much. She knew they both liked to argue. "Niall James. It wasn't mine. If you wouldve just been fine with us getting married instead of letting your pride get in the way we wouldn't be here right now." Liam spoke steadily as he knew he couldn't yell.

Niall was still put off by absolutely everything Liam did. He didn't want to fight. Well, he did, he just knew everyone would blame him because they always did. He stormed off into their flat that ironically enough they both still shared. Liam decided to go to the other one. He composed himself before walking in and looking at the girl laughing on the couch and the other who suddenly became quiet. "Everything okay?" Sarah asked through laughter and he nodded. Not wanting to make either of them upset.
