- Choose Wisely - ( Draco x Y/n )

~Day 1 in Hogwarts~

Y/n Pov:

𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝...

"Y/n Black please step forward" She said looking at me which made other students looking at me. I stood up and sat on the chair.. 𝐎𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐝... She ends up placing the sorting hat on my head. "mmmm a Black I see... very smart... very cunning....hmmmm very loyal and brave.... very interesting.. SLYTHERIN" Which made the Slytherin table cheered for me and I saw Draco smirking at me. I looked to my left and saw Harry , Ron , and Hermione giving a sad look but gave a reassuring smile which made me smile back to them. 

I sat down next the only seat available which was next to Draco. "Congratulation Black welcome to Slytherin." He said smiling at me. "Thanks" I said feeling alone that the only group of friends I know is not with me, but I  looking up and I saw Hermione smiling giving me a thumbs up which helped me a lot.

Later, all of the first years are sorted in their houses, all of the students were talking to each other and I was talking with Malfoy who was pretty entertaining not going to lie. We were chatting till the lady who I found out was named Professor Mcgonagall dings her cup to get the attention. "Your attention, please." she said. "Let the feast...begin." Dumbledore said then all of a sudden food magically appears on all the tables which I thought was amazing so did everyone else!

while I was eating I felt like someone was staring at me I turned and saw a teacher with short black hair and wearing all black shifting his glances from Harry to me which I didn't thought of too much but he didn't stop " Hey Draco, who is that teacher?" I said looking at the teacher who is now looking at Harry. " Oh, that's Professor Snape, head of Slytherin house." He said looking at my direction then we turned to our food. " What's he teach?" I asked "Potions. But everyone knows it's the Dark Arts he fancies." He explained to me. "Oh okay thank you" I said smiling at him. 

After we all finished eating we all head to our dorms and I relaxed in the common room which I end up reading more of the school books I'll be doing tomorrow which will be interesting. After a while I went to the girls room and got ready for bed and passed out. 

-Time Skip-

It was morning at Hogwarts and I woke up a got changed and went down seeing Draco chatting with his friends. "Hey Y/n I want you to meet my friends, This is Pansy, Blaise, and you already know Crabbe and Goyle." He said smiling at me. "Hey there Y/n" They all said to me. "Hi it's nice to meet you all" I said smile. After a while we all head to class with Professor McGonagall. 

We all where in the middle of class when we heard Harry and Ron running in class. "Whew, we made it. Can you imagine the look on McGonagall's face if we were late?" He said not knowing what this class was... Then Professor McGonagall jumps off the desk as a cat into her human self amazing Harry and Ron. "Thank you for that assessment, Mr. Weasley. Perhaps if I were to transfigure Mr. Potter and yourself into a pocketwatch, that way one of you might be on time." She said looking at Harry and Ron. " We got lost." Harry said looking embarrassed.

 "Then perhaps a map? I trust you don't need one to find your seats." She said while Harry and Ron sat down Pansy and I giggled at them. Later on we both head to Snape's class of Potions and we both made it before Snape. "Hey where do you think Professor Snape is" I asked Pansy "not sure maybe doing something?" She said also looking confused till we hear classroom door open and slammed the door rushing in.

"There will be no foolish wand waving or silly incantations in this class. As such, I don't expect many of you to appreciate the subtle science and exact art that is potion making. However, for those select few..." He ends up looking a Draco and I which kinda creeped me out. "who possess the predisposition, I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses. I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory and even put a stopper... in death" He continues looking a Draco and then looked at Harry who wasn't really paying attention "Then again, maybe some of you have come to Hogwarts in possession of abilities so formidable that you feel confidant enough to not...pay...attention."I end up seeing Hermione trying to get Harry's attention that Snape is right in front of him. He ends up asking Harry if  he added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood. I knew the answer because I read the book in advance which also seems Hermione did too since we both raised our hand at the same time.
