- Choose Wisely - ( Draco x Y/n )

~Dumbledore's Army~

Y/n Pov: 

" This is mad! Who'd want to be taught by me? I'm a nutter remember?" Harry said. Hermione and I gathered students who disagrees with Umbridge and to meet up in Hogsmeade, and that Harry will be teaching us. 

" Look on the bright side. You can't be any worse than old toad face." I joked. " Thanks Y/n." Harry said. 

"Who's supposed to be meeting us then?" Ron asked Hermione. " Just a couple of people." Hermione said as she opens the door to the bar and entered in.

" Um... hi..." Hermione said nervously. Around us were the students who decided to hear us out like Luna, Dean, Cho, Neville, Weasly and the Patil twins, Seamus and other students. 

" So... you all know why we're here. We need a teacher. A proper teacher. One who's had real experience defending themselves against the Dark Arts." Hermione finishes. 

"Why?" A boy asked. 

"Why? Because you-know who!" Ron said angrily. "

" So he says?" The boy continued. "So Dumbledore says-" Hermione spoke before getting cut off again."So Dumbledore says because he says. The point is where's the proof?" The boy finishes. 

"If potter could tell us more about how Diggory got killed." Another boy said as the room was filled with silence. " I'm not going to talk about Cedric, so if thats why you're here, you might as well clear out now..." Harry said. 

I thought some people would actually stand up and leave but none did which was shocking. " Is it true you cannot produce a Patronus charm? Luna asked Harry. 

"Yes, Y/n and I have seen it before." Hermione answered. "Blimey Harry, I didn't know you could do that." Dean said. 

"A-and he killed a Basilisk with the sword in Dumbledore's office." Neville added. " It's true!" Ginny said. 

"Third year, he fought off about 100 dementors at once and saved a man. " Ron also added.  " And last year, he really did fight off you-know-who in the flesh." I said lastly as everyone looked at Harry. 

"Look, it all sounds great when you put it like that but the truth is, most of that was just luck." Harry said. "I didn't know what I was doing half of the time. Facing this stuff in real life is not like school... In school, if you make a mistake, you can just try again tomorrow, but out there... when you're seconds away from behind murdered or watching a friend die right before your eyes... you don't know what thats like..." Harry explains. 

"You're right, Harry... we don't. Thats why we need your help... Because if we are going to have any chance of beating Voldemort..." Hermione said. "He's really back?" A boy asked as the Trio and I nod our heads. 

Next thing I see is all of the students in a line signing in and joining this new secret group we have. 

We all then started heading back to the castle and started talking about the plans. " First, we need to find a place to practice where Umbridge won't find out." Harry asked. 

"The shrieking shack?" Ginny asked.

"Too small."

"Forbidden forest?" Hermione asked.

"Not bloody likely." Ron said.

"One of the classrooms thats not used a lot?" I asked.

"The chances of us getting caught by Flinch is high." Harry said. 

"What happened if Umbridge does find us?" Ginny asked. "Who cares? I mean, it's sort of exiting isn't it? Breaking the rules?!" Hermione said excitedly. " Who are you? And what did you do to Hermione Granger?" Ron joking asked. 

"There was one positive thing that happened today." I said smiling. " Whats that?" Harry asked me. " Cho couldn't take her eyes off of you." I said nudging his shoulder giggling.   

" Over the next few days, we should each come up with a couple of possibilities of places we can practice. Find me if you come up with something!" Harry said as we all entered the castle and split up to do our own things.

"You did it Neville. You've found the Room of Requirement." Hermione said. We all stood in a large room with mirrors and big open space for us to practice magic. " The what?" Ron asked.

"It's also known as the Come and Go room. The Room of Requirement only appears when a person has a real need of it and it's always equipped for the seekers need." Hermione explained. "So... say you really need the toilet?" Ron asked. "Charming, Ronald... But yes thats the general idea..." I said. 

"It's brilliant! It's like Hogwarts wants us to fight back." Harry said. 

We gathered into two lines both facing a dummy to practice shooting spells, Neville was first. 

"Expelliarmus!" As Neville said his spell his wand flew out of his hand hitting the back of the room almost hitting the other students. 

"I'm hopeless..." Neville said.

"Your just flourishing your wand too much. Try it like this. Expelliarms!" Harry demonstrated to Neville making the dummy's wand fly out of his hand.

We started doing this daily and for a while everything was fine till Umbridge got a bit suspicious and made a new rule that if a student does a suspicious act they will have to be questioned by her which wasn't hard since we all knew how to lie to her.

Besides it was almost Christmas break and we could have practices at home and we wouldn't have to see that woman for a while. 

One night after our lessons in the Room of Requirement I went to the Slytherin's dorm and was getting ready for bed. 

"Hi love." Draco called me kissing my cheek. " So I was wondering if you'd like to join Umbridge's group, I heard we can get extra points if we catch or tell on those stupid Dumbledore's Army group." Draco said. 

" Oh well, I am not interested in join a group..." I said trying to not get suspicious. " Why not? I know you like being around people." Draco said. " I'll think about it for now." I said chuckling nervously. 

" Yea but I'm very exited to have Winter Break together with the love of my life." Draco said before kissing my lips and leaving the room. 

Either Draco is trying to get information out of me or he is genuinely wanting me to join Umbridge... 

- Time Skip-

"Expelliarmus!" Neville said removing one of the Patil twin's wand impressing all the girls making him the center of attention. "Well done Neville." Harry said. 

" Thats it for the lessons, Now we're not going to meeting again until after the holidays, so just keep practicing  on your own as best as you can, and well done everyone, great work!" Harry said as everyone claps.

"Amazing job Harry."  I said. " Thanks Y/n." Harry said. Then everyone started packing and one by one started leaving the room. We all stood beside Harry and notice that he was staring at Cho making me giggle. 

"See you at the common room Harry." Hermione said as Harry nods. " I'll see you guys after winter break!" I said hugging all three of them before leaving the Room of Requirement and ready for Winter Break.
