~Poison~

Y/n Pov: 

We after a few months in Winter Break we headed back to Hogwarts. I end up finding out about Ron and Lavender's relationship really affecting Hermione. At some point I was wondering when I'd hear that Dumbledore has passed but got nothing yet...

As I was walking around the school I bumped into Hermione who was a bit distressed. "Whats wrong with you Hermione?" I asked worriedly. "Ron I heard he got poisoned..." Hermione said with worry in her eyes. "Lets go then." I said worriedly as she leads me to the Hospital wing with her. 

As we entered in we found Ron laying in bed and next to him was Ginny and Harry who was looking at me tensely. "Is he fine?" Hermione asked Harry. "Yea he is..." Harry said. "What happened?" I asked Harry. " Ron drank something which I guess was poisoned..." Harry said making me wonder who would poison Ron. 

As we stood watching Ron we heard footrests coming in the Hospital Wing, which was Professor Snape, McGonagall, Dumbledore, and Slughorn. "Quick thinking on your part Harry using a bezoar... actually very proud of your student Horace." Dumbledore said.

"Oh yes... very proud..." Slughorn said not looking up. " I think we agree Potter's action were heroic... the question is why was it necessary?" Professor McGonagall asked.

"Indeed... this appears to be a gift Horace, you don't remember who gave you this bottle? By the way possesses remarkably subtle hint of licorice and cherry, but were polluted with poison..." Dumbledore said handing the bottle to Snape who sniffed it. 

" Actually I had intended to give it as a gift myself..." Slughorn said. "To whom might I asked?" "To you Headmaster..." Slughorn said to Dumbledore making me realize that the bottle was poisoned by Draco...

Thank God we did this in secret...

"WHERE IS HE?! WHERE'S MY RON RON!" An annoying voice rushed in the room and revealed to be Lavender making me roll my eyes. "Has he been asking for me?!" Lavender asked then saw Hermione. "What is SHE doing here?" Lavender asked glaring at Hermione. "I might ask you the same question." Hermione said standing up. 

"I happened to be his girlfriend!" Lavender said. " Well I happened to be his... friend." Hermione said. "Don't make me laugh! You haven't spoken in weeks! I suppose you went to break us up since all of a sudden he became interesting!" Lavender said glaring at Hermione. 

"He's been poisoned, you daft dimbo! And for the record I've always found him interesting..." Hermione said also glaring at Lavender. Then Ron started making noises while still knocked out. " See! He senses my presence. Don't worry, Won-Won, I'm here... I'm here..." Lavender said softly.

Her...mio....ne..." Ron said mumbling. Her.. mione..." Ron said making us all shocked making Lavender glare at Hermione one last time then runs out crying. "Oh to be young and feel love's been sting. Come everyone, Mr. Wealsey is well tended." Dumbeldore said making us all walk out leaving Hermione and Ron alone. 

I turned and see Hermione grinning at me making me giggle a bit. "Have fun." I said to Hermione happy for her and then left the Hospital Wing completely.

I was walk around the halls of the school and found Draco at the courtyard sitting on a stone bench.  As I was walking towards him, he saw me so got up and walked to me. "Well the poison plan didn't work... you poisoned Wealsey instead..." I said as Draco chuckled sadly. "Well at least I got a Weasley." Draco said. " Yea but not our main target. This is harder then I thought it would be..." I said. "I agree." Draco said.

I then hugged one of his arm  and both of us started walking back to the Great Hall. "Love we really need to think of a plan..." Draco said looking at me. "We will figure out something we just need time..." I said. 

As we walked further we were both stopped by a figure in front of us. "Y/n, I need to speak with you..." I saw Professor Snape looking at us. "Oh okay Professor, Draco please eat... I'll see you at the dorms." I said kissing Draco's cheek before walking off with Snape. 

"Did you have anything to do with Slughorn's drink?" Snape said abruptly making me startled. "Uh, no sir.." I said not really lying but not telling the truth. "Ms. Black I know when you lie tell me the truth." Snape said. "Fine... Please don't tell anyone or Him..." I begged as Snape nods agreeing not to say a word.

"Draco and I got scared of the fact if we fail, we will be killed. Draco then decided to secretly try another way to kill Dumbledore by poison... which as you know, it didn't work..." I said not looking up. 

"Ms. Black I've known you since you were 11, I've seen you grow up, and I know very well you and Draco. My point is that you are smart and you can do better then this petty trick." Snape said. "I know." I said looking down. "Yet again I have no choice but to help you. Just enough with the pathetic ideas of killing someone." Snape said. " I understand Professor, this is just not what I was hoping my 6th year would be." I said. 

" Ms. Black never In a million years would I see you and Draco in this position... I really didn't and I never wanted you both to go through this." Snape said still with his cold tone. "I really don't want to do this  and Draco is lying to himself that he wants this, but in reality he doesn't..." I said to Snape.

As we walked to a empty part of Hogwarts I could hear the sound of water somewhere. "I guess there's a leaking pipe somewhere..." I said whispering to myself but enough for Snape to hear. " I'll  go and see whats causing it, you go back to your dorms and get some rest." Snape said.       

"Sectumsempra!" All of a sudden we hear voice echoing in the empty part of the school. "What was that?" I asked not recognizing the spell. 

I looked up at Snape who looked shocked and tense. "Follow." Snape ordered me as he and I rush over to where the sound was coming from. "What was that?!" I said as he and I started walking faster. "None of your concern Ms. Black just follow!" He ordered as we rushed to the sound of where we heard the spell.

I also have been very tired and sleepy recently so most of my free time when I write is taken over by my sleeping hehehehe.
