When your ray of sunshine feels down, you also feel down.

And that's not a good thing. Alam kong may mali. Lahat kami alam namin na may mali.

"Is she not up yet?" Tanong ko sa girlfriend ko. She just came inside Xeah's room.

"She's up, but she said she doesn't wanna come out."

Napabuntong hininga ako.

It's been three days.

Nakaupo kaming apat dito sa living room.

"Ano bang nangyari? She's refusing to talk to us." Luci said. Yeah the whole three days, it was only Marceline who can come inside Xeah's room. Buti nalang din. Kasi kapag wala siya, Xeah would be locking herself inside.

Sa loob din ng tatlong araw, pabalik balik si Morgan dito. Just like us, hindi siya kinikibo ni Xeah.

"Of course she would. You'd overreact." Sagot naman ng girlfriend ko.

"May alam ka ba?"

"Meron. Pero wala ako sa posisyon para sabihin 'yun."

"Even to me?"

"Rahi, I love you. But I swore." Marceline gave me an apologetic smile. I understand.

"Oo na gets na naming in love kayo sa isa't isa."

Ito talagang si Luci napaka bitter. Naiinis pa din siguro siya kay Marceline dahil sa pag duct tape sa kanya. I smiled at the thought. She kind of deserved it though.

"Ako na ang papasok." Napatingin kaming lahat kay Yoj.

Tumayo ako.

"Ako na. Kapag hindi pa rin, you do your part."

Yoj looked at me like and sighed.

"Alright."

I don't want Yoj to pressure Xeah. Kapag kasi siya na ang nandyan sa seryosong usapan, you don't have to say anything and just do what she wants.

At hindi pwede 'yun ngayon. This is a different situation. Xeah's involved.

Nagpunta muna ako ng kusina para ipagtimpla siya ng kape.

A good conversation should start with a cup of coffee.

After that, nagpunta na ako sa kwarto niya. Marceline helped at kumatok siya bago buksan ang pinto.

"Good luck." Bulong niya.

"Thanks Laine." Sagot ko.

Once I entered Xeah's room. I was surprised.

It's so freaking dark.

Buti nalang on 'yung lamp shade sa bedside table, kahit papano may nakikita pa ako. Xeah's lying on bed, she's covered with her sheet.

"Marceline, I said I don't want to get out."

"Coffee?"

She uncovered herself and looked at me.

Bumangon naman siya, binigay ko 'yung isang kape sa kanya. I glanced at the breakfast na ginawa namin para sa kanya. Konti lang nakain niya. Napasimangot tuloy ako.

I walked closer to the windows para alisin ang kurtina na humaharang sa bintana. Xeah groaned when lights invaded the room. Binuksan ko na din ang sliding window.

"It's a good day for a swim." Sabi ko.

"Don't wanna." I walked closer to Xeah's bed at naupo sa single chair sa tabi nito.
