✍︎SAMANTHA SAT NEAR THE WELL WHILE GLENN WENT TO FIND THE SUPPLIES THEY NEEDED. "He's wrong, your not fine. Your crazy, FUCKING CRAZY!" She ignored him, but he kneeled before her. He changed, "It's fine, we all care for you. A mental disorder doesn't change that." He changed back to her father, "You need to understand and accept who you are. Only then can you heal and be better for them." She hit her arm out of anger.
"Shut up, they love me, they care for me. What you say doesn't matter." She rested her against the well, "What I say does matter because I'm you, and that's the reason you chose this form. Because you know yourself better than you think, Amelia would cause you too much pain and guilt to understand what she says, Jay would be too much anger, you aunt again too much anger, Rick you would think it's pity, Daryl you would insult and he would insult back, then there's me. Someone you fear yet love too much to kill, fear too much to yell at, yet you'll listen to me. For a reason, neither of us knows. I'm here to help, not destruct. So don't take those meds, wait until you are sure I've done my job." She nodded and put the pill in her pocket.
She got up when she noticed Glenn and she jogged to him. "Do you want me to put it around its neck?" Samantha asked, "No, you did it last time, it's my turn to take a chance." He answered, "Don't do it cause you feel you need to, do it because you know you can." She said. He started mumbling affirmations on the way to the well. "Do we get Daryl or Rick?" He wondered.
"Both, we will have a rope wrapped around your waist, and I don't want to take any chances." She answered, "Thanks, do you want to get them?" He asked. "You get Rick, I get Daryl?" She questioned seeing if it was okay with him. "What's going on between you and Daryl?" He wondered, "What do you mean?" She chuckled in disbelief at his question.
"Are you and Daryl, I don't know. Together?" He questioned. She scoffed, "No, we aren't. But you don't see me assuming that you and Maggie are together because of the time you spend alone, I am trying to make friends with someone. You know what rot in hell, Glenn." She walked towards the truck to get Daryl and get Rick. She didn't mean the last part it just slipped out.
"What do you want?" Daryl asked, "Came to tell you we need your help, but I can always get someone else." She said walking away, whether or not she knew it she was starting to self-destruct. Ruin her relationships with people, so when she needed them they wouldn't be there.
He grabbed her wrist stopping her from walking away. "Need help with the walker in the well?" He questioned. She nodded turning around, "Yeah, I don't think I should be the one to, considering." She looked down he hadn't yet let go of her. "Checking my pulse or something?" She snagged her wrist back.
Daryl was sitting in his truck cleaning up his arrows. "They look nice." She said looking at them, "Better, expensive little shits." He wiped one down, out of nowhere Rick burst out of the house.
