13. Master?

Louisa's p.o.v

I barely dodged it as both Kitty and the carpet move away scared, I held the neck of the lamp away from me in case more fireworks came out. It was getting hard to hold when more fireworks shot out, so I flinch at the sight and barely hold it. After that a lot of smoke comes out as two loud groans come out, so I cover my eyes and try not to cough. I take a step out of the smoke and see two big figures floating in the air and they look exhausted. One looks like a human.. well, as human as a being that immerged from smoke can be, and the other looks similar to the princes.

The turtle looking one says "man, twelve years in that thing can give ya such a crick in the neck!" The girl looks at me. Then she says "hold on a second" I'm dangling by the back of my shirt on... I don't really know. She points her thumb at the turtle one with a playful smile and she's shaking her head a bit. He on the other hand picks up his head and it separates off of his body as he makes it turn a full 360. Then he used a bit of her hair and made it look like a microphone somehow "man, it feels good to be outta there."

She pulled her ponytail out of his hand as he made his hand his own microphone, Carpet got me down as I almost landed on Kitty. Kitty looks up at the two confused as I just look up at them thinking 'man, these two sound crazy.' "I'm telling you, it's nice to be back ladies and gentlemen" he continued to talk. Then he put the microphone-hand down by me as I stand up "come on, tell me what's your name. Where're you from?" He asks with a bit of a smile, so I chuckle saying "I'm Louisa."

The girl smiles as she says "Louisa! Nice to have ya here" she says as my name in lights come up behind her on the dirt wall. The turtle then winks saying "can we call you Lou or just Sa?" I raise an eyebrow at him. The girl elbows him softly saying "he's just kidding, here's some flowers for you" she motioned her hand out. Flowers fell and I look at them confused, Kitty picks one up and sits on my shoulder again. "Wow... maybe I hit my head a bit too hard on the fall down" I think as I shake my head.

Kitty looks like she's starting to think, but the turtle one says "hey, my rug-man! Haven't seen ya in a few years - give me some tassel." It looks like they did some type of handshake, so I tilt my head 'what's happening?' I think confused. He looks back down at me saying "wow, you look a lot smaller than our last master." The girl chuckles saying "either that or you're getting bigger" his eyes widened as he pokes his plastron. He somehow made it look so chubby as he messed with it before turning to the side.

"Look at me from the side, do I look different to you?" He asks me while looking a bit concerned, so I adjust my glasses. "I wouldn't know, but back up a sec - I'm your master?" I ask while putting a hand to my hip. The girl pats my head saying "look! She can be taught" I feel something on my head. Though looking in my hand I see some type of paper rolled up like it was some type of diploma. The guy then says "what do you wish?" He changed his appearance to look buff as he talks in an accent.

"The ever impressive" he tries to describe himself before the girl acts like she's trapped in a box "the very boredly contained" they're just describing themselves. "Often imitated-" "but never duplicated" they keep trying to talk over the other, so I raise an eyebrow. They made a few duplicates of themselves, so they smile at me saying "April and Leonardo of the lamp." Leonardo then looks at April saying "wait, why is your name first again?" "Alphabetically, Leonardo." "You only said that to trick me into being first.. didn't you?" "Yep, and you fell for it!" She teased.

'They have some kind of brother-sister bestie bond... it's weird' I think as I finally decide to speak up again. "Woah woah woah, wishes?" I ask to get us back on track, so April says "you get three wishes to be exact." Leonardo then says "you can't wish for more wishes, it's just against the rules - only the three." I realized that I'm talking to what I seen as two figures come from a tiny lamp "I must be dreaming. NO way wish granting is real" I say to Kitty a bit quietly, so April snaps her fingers before pointing at me.

I'm floating as she says "master, I don't think you realize what you got here" next thing I know is I'm sitting down on a small hill of dirt. Leonardo then says "so why don't you just ruminate, while we illuminate the possibilities." "Nice rhyme" April compliments, Leonardo smiles and bows a bit saying "why thank you."

"Well, Ali Baba had them forty thieves
Scheherazadie had a thousand tales!" Leonardo sang as he somehow made some thieves with swords, they walk towards me though. The swords were pointed right at me, so I look at them wondering if they're going to swing or not. April somehow pops up from inside my shirt-
"Well, master you're in luck cuz up your sleeve
You got a brand new magic that never fails!" She sang as she made my arms turn into bigger versions of hers as she scared off the thieves. I have my eyes closed since it felt like the swords were a bit too close to my face. Now it feels like I'm moving my own arms as I stand here, but giant hands pull me into sitting down. Opening my eyes I see I'm in some type of wrestling ring and I look back to see Leonardo.
