32. Second Best

Louisa's p.o.v

I was prepared to take him down, but before I could take a step he morphs into a giant serpant like snake as he glares me down. The fire around me turned into his snake body, so I glare up at him before he tries to bite at me. Quickly I roll away and land on my feet again as he glares at me still, just hissing- ready to pounce. He went to bite at me again, but I prep myself as I swing the sword at the same time he pounced. I wasn't dead or hurt, so I'm guessing I'm doing something good right now, then I look up at him again.

"Be careful, my daughter!!" Yoshi yells out as Saki was about to bite at me again, this time I waited for him to get close enough. At the right moment I swung the sword and did a good hit right onto Saki's face when he came to bite me. He screamed out in pain as I hear April and Leonardo cheering for me like they're cheerleaders. "Rickem, rockem, rackem, rake - stick that sword in that snake!" They yell out together. I tried not to laugh at that as I hear someone facepalm from here, so Saki glares down at the genies.

His response towards the cheer was "you ssstay out of this" then I hear April saying "Saki, Saki - he's our man, if he can't do it-" "GREAT!!" Leonardo interrupted. I just realized I could use that small distraction to my advantage as I start sneaking towards Donatello. He's stuck in some type of giant hourglass that could make him choke to death if he stays in there too long. Before I could get close I was hit by Saki's snake body and I fell- also dropping my sword. "Louisa!" Michelangelo yells out worriedly for me, but I just hear Donatello call out to me too.

Looking over I see that the sand is still piling up, starting to get to his waist, so I have some determination fill me up as I look back at my sword. I run over towards it and see a ruby in a pile of gold along the way, so I jump on that and skid across the floor. Easily I got the sword and still skid around towards the balcony to get Saki out here and vulnerable. While still going I jump off the ruby and Saki followed right after me, obviously missing me. Running over to his body I stab him right in his snake body, hearing him scream out in pain before I run back inside.

With the sword in hand I see that Donatello is starting to get the sand up to his shoulders, so I start running faster towards him. "Donatello, hang on!!" I yell out as I get ready to hit the glass hard with the hilt of the sword. Though before I could I was grabbed by Saki's snake body and am now wrapped up in it. Saki laughs as he looks down at me, squeezing me tight in his hold as he says "you little fool." Then he starts to get close to look me in the eye better "you actually thought you could defeat the most powerful being on Earth."

Then he says "without the genies, child - you're nothing!" An idea came to me as I look down at Leonardo and April with a soft smile. I glare back up at Saki saying "the genies have names, and they have more power than you'll ever have, Saki." "What?!" Saki asks angered as he doesn't look like he'll kill me at this exact second now. 'Okay, I'm getting to him' I think as I still glare at him, trying to trick him into doing the one thing I know I can do. "They gave you your power - so they can just as much take it away!!" I yell out while glaring at him.

April then nervously says "uh, Weeza - why are you bringing us into this?" With that I still glare up at Saki and chuckle softly. "Face it, Saki - you're still just second best!" I yell out as I struggle in his hold, so he has realization. He looks forward saying "you're right... their power does exceed my own! But not for long." Then he holds me up as he leans down towards the genies, so I know what wish he's gonna make. "The girl's crazy! She had one too many hits in the head, master" Leonardo tried to reason with him.

Though his mind was already made up as he says "ssslave! I make my third wish, I wish to be... an all-powerful genie!" 'There we go.' I smirk a bit as I'm still in his hold, but I could only watch as Donatello finally gets covered in sand. "Alright, your wish is our command" Leonardo answers as April mumbles "way to go, Weeza." They do their little finger gun thing and point towards Saki, he starts to grow into a giant red genie. I'm dropped to the floor as Raphael and Michelangelo finally grab a sword from the floor.

I grab mine and we all run towards Donatello's hourglass and hit it simultaneously, the glass broke as I help him sit up. "Yes, the power!.. the absolute power!!!" Saki yells out as he breaks through the ceiling. We barely stay on our feet as Raphael yells out "what have ya done?!" "Trust me!" I yell out. "The universe is mine to command! To control!!" Saki yells out again as he really is getting power-hungry. I make sure Donatello is safe with his brothers as I run over to where I see the one thing I needed to.

"Hold on, Saki! Aren't you forgetting something!?" I yell out loud enough for him to hear before bending over and picking up his lamp. He's looking at me as I hold it up "you wanted to be a genie, well.. ya got it!" The wristbands appear on him. I chuckle saying "along with everything that goes with it!" Saki starts yelling out in despair. While yelling out he's actually being sucked into the black lamp that lays within my hands. I try to remember what Leonardo and April said as I continue to watch him be sucked in.
