When the horse landed on the ground they tipped over and threw Eri off, but landed on me. I swear I was out for hours because when I opened my eyes Eri was sitting next to me on her knees, while the horse was laying beside me. It was starting to get hard to breathe, I was gasping for air.
Eri started to get concerned as I got up and started to help the horse up, after I got up I got on the back of it. I pulled Eri up and sat her Infront of me. We started down a trail, I checked the bag on her back and saw everything was still in place.
I saw Eri's hair matted and knotted, I started to untangle all the knots. I finished untangling the hair and a braided it into one french braid down the center back of her head.
I saw we were coming up on a village, I quickly put my hood on.
As we rode in the village looked oddly vibrant, flower of green red yellow orange pink and purple flushed the entire place.
Vines danced around and through the gate.
As we rode under the gate it felt like a joyful day. I stopped at a building that said
' Violet's sleepy hollow hotel and cafe'
It was a rather cute looking building. I got off the horse tied them up took eri in and got a hotel room. Once we unpacked Eri practically face planted and took a nap on the bed. I walked the horse to the stables reserved for the guest and out them there.
I went downstairs and looked around town. I was walking down the street back to the hotel when something pricked my leg. I looked down to see a little ice spike. I thought it was strange since it felt like 10000° here. I looked around and basically ran back to the hotel room where multiple people just looked at my as if I were a complete idiot. I busted into the room shut, more like slammed, the door. I locked it with the key and shut the curtains in the window. I went over to my back and laid down, I slipped into sweet sweet unconsciousness.
