Day of fun

It's been a week, a wonderful week, full of games and bonding time with eri. Now she regularly calls me mama. I heard the light thumps of Erie footsteps leading up to my room. A knock on the door followed. "Mama! Look mama!" I got up and opened the door to reveal eri holding a bunch of my favorite flowers...so sweet. I smiled, "Thank you my love, your so sweet." I patted her head and took them to set them in a vase to let them thrive. She sat at the table watching me. I set the vase on the rather large window seal so they could get sun and show their beautiful buds. "Mama can we play? Please?" I smiled and we headed outside. We played hide and seek as well as tag and other fun games.

I ran behind a tree and hunkered down so mama couldn't find me. I really tired are not to giggle. "16...17...18..19..20! Ready or not here I come!" And with that mama ran around looking for me. I broke, I giggled and then... "Found you!" I squealed and jumped up, I can't let her catch me so I ran as fast as I could. I think I'm realllyy fast! I felt my legs come off the ground and tightly hugged. Rustling around I turned and saw a weird creature last behind me. "Let me go!! Mama!!! Mama help!!" I screamed, trying to get out of this woman's grasp.

I saw someone holding eri, their large wings expanded and they started to fly. "HEY!!" I started to run as fast as I was able to. I grabbed the creatures leg and held on. "Let my baby go!! Let her go!!" I used me nails as claws and started to scratch them. "Mama!!" Eri screamed as she was let go. I let go and landed on my ass first. She fell and i caught her in my arms. We sat there for a while I just held her and watched that creature fly...but it felt so familiar.... Was that...that a.....Phaonix

I scurried into our home and laid on the couch with eri, stroking the back of her head. I was think over what I read while I stayed in that cold stone wall prison. And in my conclusion, I believe that Reiley was a Phaonix.

After a while I got up and started to prepare a meal for us to eat.

Hello! I'm sorry for the long period of time for only a short chapter.
