Peter's POV
We are all watching a Disney film, I think Wanda picked. Sam should be here tomorrow to help train Lucy. Lucy is still asleep on the same sofa it has been about two hours since she fell asleep. She was exhausted as soon as she laid down on the floor she was asleep she did do a 45 mile run. Of course her super strength and stamina helped but her hyper-mobility still affected her which concerns me even after the serum. It is 11 at night. No one is really paying attention to the film, I was chatting to Mr Stark but pepper phoned him. Brice didn't come on the run as he didn't need to and was busy working in his lab
"No, stop, GO AWAY" I hear Lucy shout she is whimpering and crying but is still asleep. Everyone has Turned to face her. She is sweating and rolling around still asleep. Wanda goes up to her.
"Lucy, Lucy, Wake up" Wanda says calmly while gently shaking her. Lucy jolts up, awake. She is crying and hyperventilating, she is covered in cold sweat. I hate seeing her like this. "Lucy it's ok your in the Avengers compound" Wanda says. Everyone is concerned. I slowly walk up to Lucy unsure of what to do.
"Lucy count to ten with me, follow the numbers with your breaths ok" I say, I know she is having a panic attack "ready 1,2 count with me 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10" we get to ten and lucy has calmed down, she is still sweating and crying. I give her a hug. Lucy buries her face into be chest soaking my shirt.
"Nightmare" she mumbles, Lucy looks so scared actually terrified. "Do you want to go upstairs?" I ask, lucy just nods. We both go upstairs and follow the route that takes us to her room. Lucy walks into her room she tanks me and closes the door. I walk back to everyone else.
"Lucy looked terrified, how did you know what to do Peter?" Wanda asks me
"Me and lucy used to get panic attacks and lucy had really bad anxiety after our parents died my anxiety got loads better and pretty much went away but Lucy's stayed and I'm assuming HYDRA don't help" I tell Wanda, Wanda engulfs me in a hug and I hug back needing it.
I smile "Lucy's singing again" everyone goes quiet to listen.
Wanda's POV
"Lucy is singing her feelings again" i whisper to Nat, she nods. Lucy really seems to be struggling. Tony walks in and sees out concerned faces
"What just happened" Tony asks us, Peter sighs Deeply before responding.
"Lucy was screaming in her sleep and sweating and crying and Wanda woke her and then Lucy cried for 5 more minutes or something than she went upstairs and sang a sad song related to her feelings I believe" Peter explains, we all nod.
"Ok" Tony says while shrugging
"Oh and she had a panic attack" Peter adds tony's head turns
"Who managed to calm her down?" He asks, Peter points to himself "good job Peter"
"I'll go and check on Lucy" i say everyone nods? I walk to where Lucy's room is and knock on the door.
"Come in" I hear lucy say as she unlocks the door.
"Do you want to talk about it?" I ask Lucy nods
"I had a nightmare about my first sprite killing Someone, we had to duel in HYDRA and to win you had to kill your opponent. This happened once a month, survival of the fittest it was referred to. She was ten I hesitated and because of that I got shot after the fight" lucy explains. I hug her unsure of what to say
