Peter Parker has a younger sister who has been missing for years
She is now thirteen and desperately wants to escape, she is thinking of a plan but if this plan fails she could die. She misses her brother and hopes he is safe. These past few years...
Lucy's POV Me and Tony have built a submarine and it only took us 2 days, with Tony's advanced tech and workshop and all the resources, we used a jet and modified the design to water proof it and make it better. It has been tested and we are ready to go. Tony briefed me on the plan and explained that We will head into the base and split up, get through all of the agents and search the base.
The plan is to leave later today, Everyone is nervous knowing this mission could go very wrong. I am chilling in the main room with Peter, Wanda and Kate while weaving fire around my fingers as the heat clams me. "Hey Lucy do you want to play some Mario-kart?" Peter asks me randomly. I need something to pass the time and distract me so It might be a good idea.
"You know what, Sure" I responded, peter smiles and grabs two controllers, he give me one and keeps the other.
"Ooooooo, please can I join too?" Kate asks, peter nods and gets another controller and hands it to Kate.
"Wanda do you want to join as well?" Peter asks Wanda who just smiles.
"No thank you Peter I am alright" Wanda responds chuckling lightly. Wanda gets up and walk out of the room.
After a few rounds of Mario-Kart we decided to eat, I made fruit pancakes and Me, Kate an Peter ate them, it good to have a proper meal before a mission according to Yelena.
About half an hour later We are all ready to leave and Tony along with Steve got S.H.I.E.L.D to give us one of their bigger jet so we can transport the submarine safely. We manages to improve some of P.O.W.E.R's designs to make something better, stronger faster.

We are in the jet above the Atlantic Ocean and Tony has dropped the submarine into the water, there is not room in the submarine for all of us so me and Tony are going to swim, Tony will use his suit while I will use my elemental powers and make an air bubble. I dived into the water while everyone else climbs onto the submarine and gets into it. "Be careful there are naval mines surrounding the base" Tony announces "me and Lucy wont have to worry as we are small but be careful everyone" Tony adds emphasising his point.
"Ok, everyone good to go" I hear Steve say over coms. I hear everyone else mutter a 'yes' or a 'ready' I swim of to the base thoroughly enjoying it, I am doing barrel rolls and flips and spins I am trying to avoid the mines too but having not swam like this in a long time I want to have some fun. We all arrive to the entrance and Tony hacks the door allowing us to enter, I use my air powers to dry myself off and we all split up to search the base.
I am using my super strength and powers to take down many agents, I decide that my wolf form would be a better strategy so I transform into the biggest wolf I can do, around 5 feet, and attack. Limbs are ribbed from agents my clams dig into their suits and flesh. Many agents lay either dead or bleeding out on the floor. "Erm, Mr Stark can I have some help over here, me and Kate have found some lady and half of her face is like a robot. She also has some sort of technological eye" Peter says through coms.
"Peter that lady will be one of the leaders of high ranking members because one of her odd is robotic be careful" I say to Peter though coms. I run through the base trying to find Peter, eventually i make it to where he is and find that everyone else is here too.
"Hello Avengers, how may I help you?" The woman asks "My name is Tanya Volkov" Tanya announces.
"Volkov, that was Ryan's last name" Sam says stating the very obvious.
"Ah yes my brother, You all will be punished for that" Tanya says looking at each and every one of us, seemingly scanning us with her robotic eye. "You se you Avengers are not the brightest, it is I who is the leader of P.O.W.E.R my brother was the second most important piece, you fools bought all of our tricks and walked right into all of our traps" Tanya announces. "I am the brains and my brothers was the brawn, I made the plans, the bases the weapons. I even re-built my face so much better then the the weak human form"
"You maniac" Tony announces "technology does not need to be used like that" Tany smiles and looks at him.
"Tony Stark, son of Howard and Maria, graduated at 17 and previous owner of Stark industries" Tanya says, she is scanning everyone She looks to Sam "Sam Wilson, son of Paul and Darlene, previously situated in the U.S. airforce. Steve Rogers, son of Sarah and Joseph, the famous captain America. James Barnes, son of Winnifred and George, the winter soldier one of HYDRA's best. Peter Parker, son of Richard and Mary, Spider-Man, attends midtown school. Natasha Romanoff, daughter of Ivan and adopted by Melina and Alexi, one of the red rooms best assassins. Yelena Belova, adopted daughter of Melina and Alexi, red room assassin. Kate Bishop daughter of Elenor and Derek, archer. Wanda Maximoff, daughter of Django and Marya, sister of Pietro Maximoff - now deceased - one of HYDRA's most successful experiments, telekinesis and mental manipulation. Ah Lucy Parker, daughter of Richard and Mary, the youngest Avenger and potentially the most powerful, control over the elements, transforming into a wolf, super strength and stamina and to be able to grow wings at will, HYDRA and The Red Rooms best and most powerful assassin" Tanya says trying to intimidate us with her knowledge.
"How great it is for me to finally meet you all, now this visit will have to be cut short and I will are my final offer. Anyone wish to join me, true power is what most of you posses and tat power should really me recognised, the world will be reformed into a new generation of only the best" Tanya says.
"I am willing to accept you offer" I state.
"DON'T YOU DARE LUCY!" I hear Tony almost scream. I go to walk over to Tanya but first I head in Peter direction and place 2 ice sculptures in his hand.
"Here we all were thinking you could be trusted" Wanda says, I know she will feel very strongly against this as these people believe in the thing who killed her brother.
"Lucy" Peter mutters quietly "why?" Peter questions. I walk over to Tanya and stand next to her.
"You allegiance is greatly appreciated, I am grateful that the avenger that was the wisest was the most powerful out of them all" Tanya announces "farewell" Tanya says before walking out, I follow her. Tanya presses a button that opens the doors. "I advise you to be fast, I believe drowning to be unpleasant" Tanya says before walking to a submarine and entering it, she beckons for me to enter to which I do. The submarine shoots out of the base and into the sky where the engines are activated and it becomes a jet.
