22|The Mission

Tony's POV
I have a mission for two Avengers I need them to take down a dangerous Gang that has grown to have a total number of fifty to one hundred the reason the police aren't involved is because they have dangerous weapons hidden in a warehouse. I need to figure out which to Avengers to send by Saturday, its Wednesday today and I have no clue, when I figure it out I will call a meeting so I kind of have a plan. I will need to figure it out by Friday at the latest as the mission is on Saturday which is slightly problematic.

Lucy and Peter have already left for school and I have to train with Steve for some reason, I tried to get out of it but Steve used the 'I'm the Captain' card on me. I am training with him a few hours so I have a bit of time to try and figure out who the best people will be for the mission.

It has been a few hours so i need to get ready to train with Steve, Lucy and Peter will be back from school in four hours and me and Peter have been working on some projects that we need to finish off.

I go into the training room to see Steve attacking the punching bag with such force, what did it do to him. "So you gunna train me or can I go" I say unsatisfied and bored.

Steve nods before saying "Come on Tony, Training is not that bad"

"And that is where we disagree" I reply "lets just get this over with" I finish

Me and Steve punch and work on technique then spar for a bit and then I am allowed to leave. I go and get some food before returning to my lab/workshop, yes I installed one in the compound it is my compound, and tried to figure out who the hell to send on the mission. Right i need someone who is powerful enough to not get too badly injured from a super dangerous weapon, So that's Nat, Clint and Sam out of the running. Vision has a mission so he's out too. Hulk would tear everything apart, we need to save the weapons, Peter could work as well as Wanda, Lucy, Bucky, Steve and me. Thor is off planet so he has no chance. We need someone who can carry the weapons. Ah Wanda that would be good ok one down one to go. We need someone powerful to one protect Wanda while she is carrying the weapons and take down the agents Steve would work, he has the shield. Got it Lucy because she can use her powers to destroy with the wolf and use her control over the elements to protect Wanda and the super strength to take the gang members. HYDRA gave Lucy so many powers, what a few weird scientists and weird injections can do. I suppose with the right recourses and tools along with the right person they can accomplish what they need. Once was experiment on a person was successful I guess they would do more as to make their most powerful weapon, that's my analysis.

"Hello Mr Stark" I hear a voice say form behind me which takes me out of my thoughts, its Peters voice how long have I even been thinking for. At least I now know who is going on the mission.

"Hello Mr Parker, ready to get started" I reply smiling getting out our projects "how was school?" I ask

"It was good, Lucy accidentally humiliated a teacher by telling them they were wrong and explaining the reason which was kind of funny. No one liked that teacher anyway" Peter tells me, I chuckle at Lucy's antics, if she did it accidentally then her social skills need work. She has been in HYDRA so she has an excuse.

Lucy's POV
Tony has called a meeting about who is going on a new mission so we have all been instructed to go to the meeting/conference room so he can 'discuss it further' as he said it or F.R.I.D.A.Y said it. We all sit down and Tony begins "hello everyone, we have a knew mission there is a gang that has been getting out of hand-" Tony starts only to get interrupted by Nat.

"And why isn't this going to the police?" Nat asks while frowning probably not pleased that the meeting was called. Peter is sat next to me paying way too much attention, I am fiddling with my hands making small fires dance around, its my way of calming myself and something to do but I am still listening.
