Lucy's POV
Me and Wanda are at the compound and Wanda is helping me walk inside. I cant walk because of the pain in my ribs. We arrive inside and Wanda helps me onto the sofa, I just lay there in pain. Wanda get me another two ice packs so I can put a new one on my face and one on my ribs as the swelling there is painful.

The other avengers walk into the room and look at me sadly. "What happened?' Tony asks. I point to Wanda not having the energy to talk.

"Lucy was beaten up by someone at school, as soon as she was pushed onto the floor she had flashbacks and was taken back to hydra (A/N in her mind of course), so couldn't have fought back, when she woke up half an hour later she was in the medical room." I just give a thumbs up agreeing with Wanda.

"What about Peter?" Tony asks, Wanda doesn't know the answer to this so I will have to answer myself.

"Peter was in the library and me and Ned were outside" I respond weakly very put of breath.

"We need to take her to bruce, i think she might have some broken ribs, they are at least bruised" Wanda tells everyone, Steve and Bucky help me over to the Medway. I have been told that Yelena and Clint are training. I am put on a hospital sort of bed and Bruce pulls up my shirt a bit and feels my ribs, while I wince.

"Ok, we need an x-ray' Bruce says, "keep the ice on your face and after the x-ray i'll sort out the wound on your head" Bruce tells me.

A few minutes later I have and X-ray and a new set of surgical strips of my head along with a plaster on top as there was still a little bit of blood. "Just a few bruised ribs, I would rest Lucy" bruce tells me. I give him a thumbs up and try to sit up and just realise that I am not doing that on my own. Wanda notices this and helps me up.

"I'll hep you to your room" Wanda says and I smile, when i get into my room I lay in bed keeping the ice pack on my head/face and putting my headphones on before closing my eyes and resting. Shortly after I fall asleep.

Wanda's POV
When I got to Lucy's school I was Luckily not recognised as Nat made sure I had a good disguise on Lucy looked so fragile in the school medical bed. Lucy took a proper beating and couldn't even fight back due to the fact she had flashbacks of HYDRA. I hope the kid that beat her up gets permanently excluded. Lucy is asleep in her room and I am just heading back to the rest of the avengers.

"How did this happen?" Tony asks as soon as I walk into the room. I shrug my shoulders unsure. "Where is Lucy now?" Tony asks

"She is in her room asleep, with an ice pack on her face" I state "Bruce bandaged her abdomen to help her ribs which are bruised" I add. Tony nods his head and with one hand rubs his eyes and pinches the bridge of his nose.

Where was Pete again?" Tony asks sadly, feeling guilty.

"According to Lucy he was in the library and has no idea what happened as he will have gone to his next lesson without knowing" I tell Tony who again nods in response.

"Tony" Steve says "don't beat yourself up, there is nothing we could have done" Steve says even though he is feeling guilty himself.

"Don't you dare Steve!" Tony exclaims "she didn't just get beat up, she had a traumatic flashback and didn't even know she was being beaten up. And she is only THIRTEEN!" Tony exclaims angrily. Pepper walks into the room, having not gone back to Stark industries yet as she has been working from the compound, I think she wanted time with Tony.

"Tony what happened, and stop taking you anger out on others" Pepper says going up to Tony and hugging him, she must have heard him screaming. I just stand there awkwardly before deciding to sit on one of the sofas, Nat joins me along with Bucky, all unsure of what to do in this situation. Pepper and Tony stand there hugging each other while Steve just stands there awkwardly. Pepper is always the voice of reason. "Ok Tony now calmly tell me what happened" Pepper says.
