Tony's POV
I never thought I could feel this much pride, my 18 year old daughter Lucy Stark has got a degree in Mathematics, biology, physics and chemistry. My 20 year old son Peter Stark has started a career in biophysics and is doing well. They of course both live with me and are both busy doing vigilante work, They are coming for dinner in half an hour.
After Lucy's injury I realised I didn't want to wait any longer and when Lucy turned 14 I adopted her and Peter. They are both still really close, Lucy has more confidence around people now and has grown into an amazing beautiful young woman, Peter has grown into a handsome young man as well. They are the best children and I couldn't be more proud.
"Hello, Is dinner ready. We are starving" Lucy says as her and Peter walk into the compound.
"Yes, dinner is 10 minutes away" I respond.
"I cant get over how much you guys have grown, Lucy it feels like it was just yesterday that you showed up at the compound and it was 5 years ago. I feel like the amount of times you have saved us all has gone up by about 8 in these 5 years too" Natasha says as Lucy plots down onto one of the chairs.
"Oh Yelena, I shall see you at 4am in the training room tomorrow my early training buddy" Lucy says while looking in Yelena direction who just nods. Yes that title has stuck.
"Lucy what did we say about sleeping, we all know that you sleep better than you did a few years ago but it is still not what it should be" Wanda tells Lucy.
"Yeah but Wanda I steel get at least 5-6 hours a night that is better than the 2-3 that is was so, and sometimes i get between 7 and 9 so don't complain there is improvement, your are mean" Lucy says as Wanda is laughing at her.
"Yeah But its is kind of true though Lucy, but you are right there is improvement" Bucky says
"OOOOO, Lucy went out at 5am yesterday to do some early flying and she woke my from my beauty sleep" Peter says.
"you little snitch" Lucy says as she transforms into a wolf and chases Peter around the kitchen, after a minute Lucy growls and jumps onto Peter's back, He yelps and falls to the floor. Lucy transforms back, "you know I can beat you in a fight, I can squish you like the small bug that you are so don't even try it" Lucy threatens.
"Ok that was terrifying" Kate says as I lay out the plates.
"Peter don't be a dick to your sister and Lucy don't try and kill you brother, but still good job Lucy" I say. everyone gives me that Look.
"What Tony meant was, Peter don't annoy your sister and Lucy don't attack your brother" Steve says, he thinks I am not a very responsible parent.
"How dare you undermine me Steve" I say jokingly, everyone chuckles and we all sit down too eat.
"No Steve when I am not around please help Tony parent" Pepper says.
"'Traitor, you are supposed to be on my side" I mutter and Pepper heard, of course she did. Pepper slaps me on the head and we all begin to eat.
This is my family and it is chaotic but it is the only family I would want.
