Wanda's POV
Lucy fell asleep also son as she laid on the jet floor, she was exhausted and had used so much of her power and energy defending and attacking. "Ok what the hell just happened?" Tony questions looking at Lucy asleep on the floor.
"Lucy saved us again Mr Stark" Peter says proudly.
"Well I know that, I mean what the hell just happened?" Tony questions again.
"After lucy was blasted back she said that the weapon was a backup so when someone tried to leave having invaded the weapons would activate and shoot killing whoever came so they couldn't leave" I tell everyone who nods in response. Tony nods slowly processing.
"Uh, I should have seen that coming they ambushed and tricked us before" Tony says disappointed in himself.
"Is she ok?" Kate questions, everyone looks around not actually knowing the answer, except me.
"Yes she just used up too much energy, she did destroy the other weapons and many agents along with that massive weapon" I state and everyone nods in agreement "Lucy just needs rest" I add. Nat goes to Lucy's back and gets her jumper before putting under Lucy's head.
"Lucy is in really powerful" Kate states, we all nod in agreement.
"I can say that the mission was a success we did take down the base but we didn't get any new details other than this empty map" Steve says while holding up the Map.
"Oh yeah" I say "me and Lucy managed to get some weapon plans and we destroyed the material, recourses and energy sources" I announce, tony smiles.
That is actually useful" Tony says slowly "I can look through the designs and see where they might get recourses from and I can learn about dangers" Tony adds as I throw him the Weapon plan.
"I'm going to o say that Lucy will prolly be out for a while with the energy and powers she used" Sam says.
"Yeah well no shit Sherlock" Tony says to him before sitting next to Peter who looks like he needs to sleep too "go to sleep kid, good job" Tony says.
"Thanks Mr Stark" Peter says smiling before closing his eyes. We all look at Tony dumbfounded not expecting that at all.
Tony turns to us and Nat smirks along with Steve as they will most definitely tease him about this "the kid is an exception, both kids are" Tony says before working on something on his phone. This makes Kate laugh as she is not used to this, Yelena joins in.
Nat turns to me and mutters "How Lucy did that I will not know, Well done as well Wanda I saw you take out many bigger weapons and agents" this makes me smile.
"Lucy has lots of power, I wonder if she was exposed to the mind stone or something, this creation seems too good for HYDRA, maybe she was born with the power and HYDRA amplified something" I suggest, Nat hums and nods.

I know that this chapter is really short but I just wanted to explain some things and it fitted in better now than anywhere else, sorry about the short chapter but I hope this explanation makes up for it a little bit :)
To clear things up I will explain the complete origin of Lucy powers and their full backstory.
Backstory and explanation, please read it will explain loads/help you understand:
When the guardians got the mind stone and stopped Ronan instead of handing it to a a safer place they kept the stone (Quills idea) Quill wanted to head to earth and go back to his home planet and he was carrying around the mind stone when it dropped out of his pocket Quill being the bit of the idiot he is didn't notice (he is a bit of an idiot because Thanos could have been stopped if Quill did speak to him but I do get he wanted answers and was mad, upset and grieving)
Lucy's mum was a scientist and while pregnant with Lucy discovered the power stone, she took it to her lab after finding it on the street. While Lucy's mum was pregnant she was experimenting on herself trying to make her child have powers or some ability. Lucy's mum had pretty much given up until she found the power stone she took it to her lab and experimented on it. One day the power stone released so much raw energy and blasted it, Lucy absorbed all of the energy and power due to her mums experimentation. When Lucy was born her mother was killed and weeks later her father was killed in a plane crash. Peter and Lucy were handed to aunt May.
HYDRA had heard about the explosion of the mind stone and wanted the stone and had heard about a baby that had been exposed to the stone's raw energy and power. Quill found the stone shortly after Lucy's mum had died as the guardians tracked it down after the explosion and took it to a a safer place. HYDRA eventually found Lucy and experimented on her, they used many chemical ad combinations, even used some Chitauri energy sources and melted metals and recourses from New York. Lucy was given the serum and the experiments amplified Lucys power due to the Chitauri energy sources. when Lucy hit puberty her powers activated because of the change in her body and hormones and all of that, this is why her powers didn't show when she was younger.
HYDRA trained her along with the red room and they were very surprised at her ability, she was a natural. This of course was because of the power stone. Not only did the stone give her abilities like her powers it gave her more wisdom, knowledge, intelligence. the stone made her the perfect warrior with power strength ability to fight like a master and allow her to learn and memorise things easier. It amplified everything to make her that perfect warrior and perfect fighter, the perfect spy, the perfect protector. Lucy was given this due to the experiments her mum did, it allowed the power stone to do what it needed and allow its power and energy to latch onto her and enhance her so easily and efficiently.
Lucy became that perfect warrior, fighter, spy, protector and so powerful because of a number of events that happened throughout her life not just one.
I really hope this clears few things up and I know that not all of this will be true but it could be and I think it does make some sense. Hope you all understand Lucy's mass amount of powers and fighting ability a bit easier.
I also want to add that Nat is like Lucy's mother figure, Bucky and Wanda are like sibling to Lucy, Steve and Sam are friends along with Kate and a few other avengers. Tony can be like a father figure sometimes (like Tony is to Peter) Yelena is like Lucy's best friend.
