"Why the fuck are you holding a sleeping baby," I said.

"I have been waiting for you forever where have you been," she said avoiding my question.

"i went to go pick peter up for Tony now i am going to ask you one more time why are you holding a sleeping baby," I said.

"i will tell you just please hold him i need to pee"she said handing the baby to me.

"maria stop avoiding my question," she said and she walked out of the room without a word.

i sighed and sat in my seat, i looked down to see a beautiful blonde baby that looks to be around 10 months old fast asleep in my arms.

"oh what are we going to do with you" i whispered.

the door opened once again and Bucky and Sam walked in looking very confused to see the baby.

"don't asked i don't have a clue what you boys need" i asked.

"We were wondering if you wanted to play some video games with us but it seems your busy so we will come back," bucky said.

"good idea ill come down if i am free" i said and they nodded walking out of the door.

the door opened a few minutes later and it was maria.

"so you gonna tell me what s going on" i asked.

"umm so Natasha and Clint were on a mission to take down a couple of Hydra agents and they found then in an apartment dead and there was a baby crying so they took the baby brought him back bruce did all of the test he has no tracker so hydra cant find him if they even know about him" she said.

"Tell me about him" i asked.

"This is Sebastian he is ten months old and his is very talkative" she said smiling.

"so i am guessing you want us to take him in" i asked and she nodded.

"fury is okay with it got the paper work ready all i need is your approval" she said nervously.

"come sit here" i said patting my lap and she did so.

"you don't have to be nervous love i am 100% on board but we have no stuff for him" i said.

"i order some stuff whilst i was waiting for you and i fund a website that we can use so we can learn everything we need to learn about what is to come with this little guy" she said pointing to a now awake Sebastian.

"let go sign some papers" i said and we got up seb in my arm looking quite confused at everything but was quite excited we walked into the meeting room to see fury who had just finished a meeting and he looked up at us.

"you come to sign Noah" he asked and i nodded and he passed me the paper and i signed it as seb looked at me with a cheeky smile.

"you guess are now officially parents" he said and we walked out and into the living room where everyone is.

they all looked towards us most looking confused except Natasha and Clint.

"guys I would like you to meet a new member of the Avengers guys this is Sebastian seb this is all your aunts and uncles," I said and he started to babble to himself and I passed him over to Maria.

"he is so cute" Wanda said.

I smiled and sat down on the couch next to sam and Bucky and they passed me a controller.

"Hey Noah I'm going to go get some more stuff for seb watch him will you" Maria said handing me seb and kissing my lips then walking off.

i put seb down on the floor so he was stood up against the couch and was facing me he looked around everyone and started making clicking noises with his mouth and bouncing on his feet he then sat on his but and tried to crawl a way but  stopped him with my leg and he looked at me.
